I booked two rooms at this hotel through Expedia for my family, 3 days ahead of our trip. I called the hotel in the afternoon of our reservation to try and confirm our stay. I was told that they had my reservations, but there might be an issue with the rooms we had requested (we had requested two of the multi bed suites). I was told they would look into it and figure it out before we arrived. Well, we spent all day driving and finally arrived at the hotel around 12:30 am. The parking lot was completely full and several other cars were trying to turn around in the small parking lot as there was no more room to park. I parked on the road and went into the office where I was told that they didn't have any rooms for us. The lady went on to say that only one of my reservations had actually gotten through (whatever that means) but I was never offered a chance to see if we even wanted that one! Apparently they ended up giving away that room since they couldn't fulfill our request of two rooms?!?! I was offered a refund (my account had already been charged) but so far they have only refunded one room, and not the two that they had originally charged. My biggest complaint is that nobody ever picked up a phone to let me know there was an issue with the rooms! That would have been good information to know before 1 o'clock in the morning! I am an understanding person and if they noticed there was an issue in the afternoon when I had first called and let me know they couldn't accommodate us, I would not have left this review. But they had several hours between my phone call and when I arrived to figure out there was an issue and to give me a call and nobody ever took the time to do that.
