Embassy Suites Ontario Airport

Ended up staying 9 days. We couldn't handle being at home any more and planned on staying about 3 days. But we were comfortable and so we stayed way longer. This is when it was decided that hotels were to stop cleaning. Its still baffling. Why stop cleaning with the corona scare?? Its not a good idea to let your trash cans overflow or leave dirty rooms sit for long periods. But that became an industry standard. Even with housekeepers cleaning once a week, this property was still looking good.

Stayed here one night on way out to LAX airport. Came down from Big Bear Mountain to miss a big snow storm. Used Hotels Tonight website to locate suitable property then called Hilton directly and received a 25% room discount due to cheaper price on Hotels Tonight site. Large hotel near Ontario Airport with a bar and limited outdoor seating for dining. Took advantage of happy hour specials. Juan was working bar by himself and doing a great job. We had beer, wine, chicken quesidilla and chicken tenders and mac n cheese. Standard mac n cheese, but quesidilla and tenders were fantastic. Room was comfortable and quiet and Covid compliant. Grab n go breakfast was standard fare and property was a little tired, but acceptable. For the price we paid I would recommend.

AWESOME HOTEL!!!! I felt like I was at the Waldorf Astoria.. Staff is fantastic.. George and Anca were very helpful.. Hotel is following all covid regulations.. Each room had a sticker on the door and remotes.

Staff nice, well dressed, and professional. The lounging room was very relaxing. The complimentary evening snack and drink hours was a big hit. I would continue to stay here not only for business but for my personal use as well.

Very disappointed very hurt very angry that I have been spending thousands of dollars per stay every month with Hilton and got subjected to this type of behavior with a staff. I will never return to the Ontario airport Embassy Suites in my life they ruined my stay my wife's trip to come get a procedure done in Southern California for her medical condition and the people at the front desk need to be fired with the exception of Cedric who was great and tried to fix everything
