I had stayed in the building in corporate housing for 4 months earlier in the year, so I was familiar with the property. Turns out the people who lease Global "Luxury" Suites are a division of the same company I rented from for the corporate housing which was lovely. When I checked into the room for 2 night stay, the carpeting was FILTHY--not just stained and disgusting, but literally things like clothing tags and other junk on the floor. I felt like I needed to sleep with my shoes on! I immediately alerted the company, requesting early check out and a refund for the second night that I did not intend to stay. It is 3 weeks later and they continue to not respond, say "someone will get back to you" but no date and do nothing despite my threatening to cancel the entire charge (no longer feeling generous enough to pay for the first night at this point) and write reviews like this. Their customer service is ABYSMAL. Nothing "luxury" about this suite and better customer service at Best Western!

The room was advertised for $189 a night but upon further investigation there was a service fee of $100 for clean sheets and towels. I guess if you don't pay the service fee you get dirty sheets and towels?

We booked rooms for amputee's that were having surgery at Walter Reed, and asked if the rooms were accessible for wheel chairs/showers. The rep stated yes, spent thousands on the rooms & when they checked in, no grab bars, and they wouldn't even provide a shower chair at no cost. Horrible customer service, the management would NOT refund our money nor help us out for these hero's. They suck do not believe their fake website.

We were disapointed once we noticed that the showercurtain was terribly covered in mold. Unfortunately no one was on site to address our issue so we were at the mercy of whoever answeres or returns your phonecall. My wife initiated our complaint before 7am and our problem was'nt rectified until around 3pm. Ultimately we were given another room which was lovely. Great rebound for the room, I wish it had'nt taken a whole day, which I had paid for to take care of the problem. I took the shower curtain down myself especially since my 3yr old grand daughter was with us. The property is nice and a good location but terrible customer service when you experience a problem. Poor customer service is the reason for the bad review. Here are the pics

After I booked a room via Expedia, I received a long email contract from "Global Luxury" with disclaimers and such, asking for lots of personal details including date of birth. No other booking does this. The amount of paperwork is insane, then you are asked to confirm and reconfirm by email. When I arrived, the building has no parking whatsoever for guests, no driveway for unloading, and it has NO STOPPING signs all around so unloading is a nightmare. After 1/2 an hour of runaround, we finally got our key which was a dud, the key fob wouln't open the door and we had to wait for management to come to reprogram the keys (another 1.5 hrs). We made the booking for 3 person, and after we confirmed, reconfirmed, the booking for 3 people, they did not provide sheets or blankets for the 3rd person. When we called they said they will deliver it, but then 1.5 hrs later, no delivery showed up. We called again, and they said they weren't able to deliver a blanket and offered 40 DOLLAR refund. We had to drive to Walmart to buy an inflatable bed, bed sheets, and a blanket for our child. The apartment itself is nice and clean, but considering they called themselves GLOBAL LUXURY, there isn't anything professional or luxury about the checkin process, nor the basics. If you cannot safely unload luggages, no parking, nor have a key which opens the door, or have blankets, this is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend booking this unless if you are willing to overcome the above.
