Always have a great time at high limit bar with An An. Very personable and attentive to everyone. Last visit was on my birthday and had a wonderful time. I highly recommend stopping by high limit bar at Grand Sierra Resort.

I spoke with Rose for my upcoming stay in December, she was sooooo sweet, I love talking to people who are welcoming and with wonderful customer service, she started the holiday season off just right, if she reads this, thank you for being such an angel and I hope you have a wonderful holiday season ♥️

Upon arrival here at GSR the surroundings and the spirit of the holiday season was pleasant. I felt a sense of positive energy in spirit with the GSR ambiance. From the concierge to the Food Services as well as the concern for safety with the Corvette issues going on in America the security and hotel services were on point doing a very difficult job but at the same time doing the job to help Ensure to stop the spread of colic. I have nothing but compliments for what has been a good experience for me the past three nights I will pass on the message that at GSR there is a good time as well as safety to be had at the hotel Checking in as well as checking out very smooth simple and the Personnel at the front desk were very cooperative and understanding on all levels. My experience is what I expected to be in actually exceeded my expectation I hope this will be a norm as I make plans in the future to visit Nevada.

The location is very central in Reno. Easy to get wherever you want to go. To me, one of the only downfalls is that the restaurants are overpriced, the quality of the food isn't really very good and the service at the restaurants is below par. The property itself is very nice after having been changed/upgraded many times over the years. There are many fun activities to enjoy and the pool is very nice. While playing poker in the poker room, there is a dealer named Bryce who does a great job! He is professional, friendly and hard working. He treats everyone with respect (including the drunk idiots) and obviously tries his best to be a great poker dealer possible. Great job, Bryce! You making playing poker at the GRS a really enjoyable experience!

I stayed in the newer tower and was happy with our room. Shower and bathroom was great. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the refrigerator was not suitable for food, which was a minor source of frustration since we were eating out a lot and tons of leftovers. The room cleaning policy is great, since you can text them anytime for a cleaning. Overall, I probably wouldn't stay here unless I was gambling - but it was surprisingly relaxing. Also - free parking.
