Had a confirmed reservation for nigh of 6/5 for family get together before nephew is deployed overseas. Arrived at about 9PM to find room was caneled!! Woman explained they had called and left a message. WTF. (number they called wasn't mine, an like what difference does that make?). Luckily an astute young man also at the desk jumped in and called around and finally found me another hotel not too far away.
One of my bothers was given a moldy room. they were able to move to another room, but had to strip bedding and towels and move themselves to the other room.
My other brother had to wait at front desk to get towels for his room, only to liken to other guests also asking for towels.
Pathetic management. Dont Fri**@%$(ing overbook, and TRAIN your front desk people on how to handle the public!!!
