We stayed here for an extended visit while in town on a family matter. The management gave us a great rate and couldn't have been nicer. Kelly made the accommodations for us go so smoothly. Casey was very accommodating as well, making our entire check -in process stress free. The person who really stood out as a stellar employee was Ken! He took care of everything in a friendly way, was extremely helpful every single day and every single time we made a request. As many times as we asked for anything, he happily complied. If was a pleasure to know he was on duty, and I can't say enough good things about his service. The hotel itself was very clean and well stocked. The breakfast staff was excellent and the food was good. Housekeeping was great, they did a great job every day and were very friendly as well. Overall we were very pleased with the hotel and would seek to stay here again in the future if the occasion should arise.

I have tried many Hilton locations and type during this shutdown and only Hampton Inn Reno West has made an effort to really serve me breakfast. At other locations I have been handed a bag with a cheap muffin and a brown banana. Not this location. You pick what you want off of the list which is darn close to the regular menu and BOOM there it is waiting for you in the morning. Bacon, sausage, oatmeal with all the fixings, yogurts, cerals, milk (reg or slim), juices, and fruits. Oh, and the cofffee station is ready night and day. Looking forward to coming back. Thank you team HINW!

My wife and kids went up for a visit to University of Nevada, Reno, and we stayed here, Hotel was very nice, quite, and clean. The staff was very welcoming and made it a pleasure to stay with them. Rooms was quite, and spacious the bathroom was also nice could of uses some more water pressure in the shower and overall a nice place to stay. would stay again, a bummer with the COVID issues and no breakfast but I am sure it would have met our expectations.

Had to get a suite since there were no other rooms available. Was very clean and a very nice room. Staff were very helpful. Recommended a place to eat for supper. Loved the outdoor fenced in patio. Made me feel secure in where I was staying.

Nice clean Hampton. Staff are friendly. Covid precautions being followed. Bagged take away breakfast with selections picked on a menu the day before. Shower was good, bed comfortable. 15 minutes to downtown.
