I was extremely disappointed with the hotel and customer service for the entire two days. I was treated rudely by Tracy, the kitchen manager, upon arrival very early in the morning on Saturday, June 27th who made us feel like we were not wanted there.
When I asked for the manager, because I was so surprised by Tracy’s greeting toward us, after having just entered. Tracy said to me that she was the manager and then I later found out when I returned from discovery Cove that she was not the general manager. When she had made it seem like she was the first in command.
Michael at the front desk was very sarcastic, with delivering information and even abruptly showed me the room card to my face, when asked our room number while rolling his eyes.
We ordered food at the restaurant downstairs, and not only was the bartender rude who took our order but the chicken that was served, to my boyfriend was served completely raw. My boyfriend noticed this immediately after biting into his chicken sandwich
We also were never told that the cleaning of our room needed to be requested. It was kind of like a guessing game; when we got back one afternoon from going to one of the Disney resorts, that we realized that our room wasn’t cleaned.
I’ve never experienced this type of poor customer service, disrespect, and absolute rudeness at any other Hilton hotel and it was very, very surprising!
I honestly felt like we were given complementary stay and not charged $414 on the spot!
Please go somewhere else, with your family, this will ruin your trip!
