This place is excellent for the price. It offers everything we need and want, including location, amenities, and price if you remember correctly. The price is just right where we wanted to be, with convenient access to subways, shops, theaters of all kinds. Friendly people are present, although it didnt appear like, y'know, they say, okay, youre staying at the holiday inn? I see.

Smart and compact hotel within walking distance of many main attractions in new york city. Lots of business clients which is a good sign. Friendly staff. 5 minutes walk from legendary katz s delicatessen.

The location is good, the staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is ice water in the lobby and an icy machine on the 6th floor. This is an excellent place to stay in new york city with access to the subway station.

During our stay, the front desk staff was extremely helpful. The hotel was quiet and spotless. However, there were some drawbacks such as the slow drain of the shower and the window curtains not closing all the way. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

I had a pleasant stay at the holiday inn les in new york city. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Although small, the room was clean and comfortable. Even though i would prefer queens in smaller rooms so they can fit kings into the rooms instead of always having them put in knapsacks. I never really saw breakfast in the lobby, but maybe those packaged items in it for breakfast was what it was for. There is no restaurant. My gym was very small and in its basement and had an unpleasant smell, so ive not used it. But because it is new years, he got his steps in! There are options for everyone in this neighborhood, which is upscale and trendy, hip, cool, and rundown. It couldnt have been more convenient to use the subway, with some great lines that can get you anywhere quickly. One subway ticket and the free bus in queenside were both used to get all the way to laguardia, probably much faster and much cheaper than cab or car service. Im sure the nearest citibike rack is quite ten blocks away in any direction, although it wasnt under the hotels control. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and was incredibly good value for the money. Of course, im going to stay somewhere else if nicer hotels are ever at that same price point, however, even

I have stayed at this holiday inn on the lower east side many times when visiting my children who live in manhattan. I highly recommend it for comfort and cleanliness.

The hotel was satisfactory. However, the real issue is that the neighborhood is overly populated, with an excessive number of homeless people present throughout the day, in the morning, noon, and night. The front desk staff members are exceptionally friendly and always offer anything i need, including a taxi to the airport. Additionally, they encourage me to carry my bags when ill check out.

I would gladly stay here again. This hotel was excellent, especially considering the price. The staff is incredibly friendly, particularly the woman who works the evening shift at the front desk. She is very warm and kind. Its conveniently located near great restaurants within walking distance. Our room was nice, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Dove products in the shower. One drawback is that the room is small for 4 people and has limited amenities such as free coffee and tea, although there are plenty of snacks available for purchase. Ive stayed in many hotels, from the seediest budget to some of the most expensive, but this is one of my favorites when comparing all factors.

This location was wonderful to me. Because of canceled flights, we were stuck in new york city and this was the only reasonably priced hotel we could find in the city. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. There is a lovely little courtyard area where you can sit. Although it would be nice if there were outlets available so you could work on your laptop. However, dark carpet in each room was an unpleasant thing. I didnt want to put my bare feet on the floor. Too strange and full of scary possibilities. Otherwise, its location wasnt too bad. Due to its proximity to nyu, there are many college students nearby. Numerous metro stations and dining options are nearby as well.

The next time i visit the city, ill most likely stay here again. Nice and spotless hotel with good service and roomy accommodations for new york city. Excellent location on the lower east side, close to the declancy street metro stop and only a short stroll away. For nyc standards, the price wasnt too bad either. Breakfast wasn't included, but it would have been nice.

This hotel is located in a great location, close to mr. Subway stop and there are so many restaurants and bars within blocks. The staff was always friendly, from the first time i arrived until we came back after stumbling day. Free coffee, tea and water in the lobby is very nice.

I didnt have high expectations for this place, but im glad i was wrong. First of all, the price was actually reasonable and the room was comfortable. What makes me give this location 5 stars is the staff. From being able to check in early or food advice the front desk staff was amazing.

We spent one night here for a Broadway performance we were seeing. Its conveniently located around the corner from the subway station, making travel simple. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly. When we stepped outside, they made sure to say have nay, and when we returned, welcome us back. They gave us water and granola bars when our arrival. Very clean space. There was silence, the heat was already at optimum temperature when it came, as well as excellent water pressure and temperature. Without if i could stay here again, ill be back! Many thanks.

This place is a great place to stay. It exceeded our expectations. In the hotel, there is an espresso machine, microwave, and refrigerator. The interior design is also brand new and immaculate. Additionally, the hotels front desk is very helpful. There is only 50,000 dollars for reserving this store.
