This Holiday inn is located within a 10 minute walk from Disney Springs. Check inn was smooth and parking was close to the hotel at 20 dollars a nite. That was the best part of the trip. Upon entering the hotel the first thing you notice is that the common area is dated but clean. When we entered our room we noticed water leaking from the mini fridge, Upon opening the door we noticed that someone had turned off the fridge and all of the ice in the freezer had melted. We called the front desk and asked for some extra towels to clean up this mess. Mistakes happen, then I use the toilet and it did not flush. Another call to the front desk. Someone from maintenance finally arrived after 20 minutes. The following morning we attempted to take a shower would you believe the shower did not work " This would be funny if this was a sitcom". Well all we have to say is good luck if you decide to visit this establishment and Jolly Chriss.

Menginap di sini selama 3 malam untuk liburan keluarga. Hotelnya sendiri tipikal standar "Holiday Inn". Tidak mewah namun benar-benar bersih dan nyaman. Banyak sekali ruang gerak di dalam kamar tidur namun toiletnya sedikit kecil dengan bilik mandinya sedikit sempit. Ini akan menjadi pilihan bagus bagi yang tidak mengemudi karena ada pelayanan bus gratis ke Disney Parks dan ada sekumpulan restoran yang dekat di Jalan Vineland (beberapa gang jauhnya). Akan tetapi, bagi yang mengemudi atau berencana mengunjungi taman lainnya, hotel ini lebih mahal dari rata-rata karena lokasinya yang dekat dengan Disney. Untuk harga yang sama, Anda dapat memiliki banyak sekali pilihan hotel yang lebih dekat ke kota dengan harga yang lebih murah.

We wanted to stay at Disney without paying the Disney price. This hotel is very accessible from Disney Springs. There is a big bridge that connects them and it's not a bad walk at all. Otherwise, we booked the bus to the park in the morning and park hopped around until closing. The hotel was clean. We didn't eat there so I have no opinion on that. It has a nice family vibe. We really didn't encounter many guests, but the elevators were always quite fast considering the size is quite huge. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Orlando.

Kamar-kamarnya sangat bersih dilengkapi dengan lemari es dan pemanas makanan. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini dijaga dengan sangat baik. Transportasi dari hotel juga berjalan sesuai yang diberitahukan oleh hotel misalnya bus-bus selalu datang tepat waktu sesuai dengan jadwal. Hotelnya terletak sekitar sepuluh menit berjalan kaki ke Jalan S Apopka Vineland dimana terdapat McDonalds, Taco Bell dan tempat makan lainnya. Jangan pergi ke supermarket di pusat yang dekat dengan McDonald's karena harganya terlalu mahal - lebih baik Anda ke Supermarket CVS di Buena Vista Drive sebelum Epcot Center. Sarapannya menakjubkan. Staf hotel secara keseluruhan sangat baik dan membantu.

The staff was excellent, friendly etc. The rooms needed more care. The safe was broken. It either stayed locked or stayed open. I called to have it fixed, they fixed it, but after a day, the keypad lit up and never locked again. Stayed lit for the next two days, glowing from the closet. Strange. We were too busy running back and forth to worry about finding a time to fix it, as there were no cleaning services that day, so we left it on. The cleaners only came once, in 4 days, as a result of the pandemic. Good and Bad. This meant no clean towels or clean sheets or made up bed. The bathroom needed care. The towel rack was broken, the shower head was loose, as was the tub faucet.  If you handled it, it would come out of the wall.  There were few toiletries provided, none of the regular ones. Just one tiny shampoo and conditioner and hand cream. No shower cap, sewing kit, laundry bag, just one coffee refill, no glasses, etc. If the hotel cuts back on cleaning, at least give us the extra soap. Also the room itself was bare. One desk chair and one regular chair, usually these deluxe rooms have a couch or a seat and footstool. The bed was comfortable and the linens were soft. The fridge worked but the shelves had no bars to hold back the soft drinks we put in from falling each time you open the door. The fridge was old and needs replacement. Just lots to list. It wasn't the normal Holiday In experience I had come to expect. Staff was low, I know. But leave some soaps and towels where we can get them, leave some coffee in the room, otherwise I have to go to the desk for every little thing. I went for shower caps, and one person down there had no idea if they gave these out, someone overheard my request and found some. There was supposed to be coffee and cookies at the reception. There was coffee until 3 or so. Never saw cookies. Also the room was not clean. There was a super moldy smell coming from the drawers (I told the staff), all our clothes had that smell afterwards. The counters didn't look  very clean, and the remote control was not wrapped or in a zip lock or something. Most hotels have wrapped these remotes in plastic. Who knows if these remotes are cleaned or disinfected. I have stayed in other hotels since March 2020, and the remotes are wrapped or there are hand sanitizer towels to wipe the remotes. I ordered the prepaid  breakfast plan. Mistake.  So the restaurant was closed. All the food had to be ordered at the bar. The bartender was nice, helpful, but understaffed and super busy. It was just unorganized. As the restaurant was closed they gave you an over priced meal in a take out styrofoam container. Super messy and inconvenient. Plastic forks and knives that break easily. I should have gone for breakfast at a real restaurant, but since we paid already. I did not see that the restaurant was closed since they offered meals.  You can order some items off a menu but there were no staff other than the bartender. Plus the items on the menu were not always available. I ordered some items and they did not have them. We did not get the full package. And there were no substitutions.  So essentially we were ripped off here. The bartender could not really do much. Just apologized which is fair. And as this was in the morning rush to eat and get to the parks, who wants to deal with management at this point. The food was just a failure. I would likely not stay here again.
