Hotel ini sangat tepat untuk keluarga, karena konsepnya semi apartment
Suasana kekeluargaan sudah mulai terasa pada saat kita check in dengan para staff hotel yang sangat ramah dan sangat membantu
Untuk type kamar suite, kami mendapat 1 single queen bed dan 1 sofa bed yang terletak di ruang tamu
Terdapat kitchen set lengkap dengan stove, dish washer, microwave, dan oven
Semua peralatan masak dan makan sangat lengkap tersedia jadi kita bisa memasak sendiri, bahkan kita juga bisa minta staff hotel untuk belanja bahan2 makanan
TV flat screen ada 2 buah, di kamar dan di ruang tamu
Kamar mandi cukup luas dan semua amenities tersedia komplit
Lokasi hotel juga cukup menyenangkan karena tidak jauh dari Ontario Mills yang merupakan outlet mall dengan banyak brand ternama
Di dekat hotel juga ada restaurant yang menjual khusus masakan Indonesia

Have stayed at this hotel several times since October 2020. Most times, the A/C in the room doesn't work upon arrival & maintenance has to fix. I cook and the pots & pans and utensils in the room is very inconsistent. Sometimes the range burners do not work and once the disposal didn't work. All of these things should be checked by hotel personnel before my arrival. The front desk personnel are very friendly and the problems are addressed promptly, but the problems are very consistent from stay-to-stay at this property. Seems to be issues at this particular hotel. I don't have these problems at other Homewood Suites or Hilton properties.

Daniel the AGM checked me in. The next day he followed up with me to ask how my stay was going and offered to provide additional assistance if need be. My trip started off being only for 2 days and I made a new reservation to stay longer because this property makes you feel at home and they genuinely care for there employees and guests. Daniel is doing a fine job and I would recommend this property to anyone traveling in the area. The hotel is also centrally located near everything from shopping to restaurants to both the 15 and 10 fwys. You can't go wrong staying at this location.

Good breakfast for these Covid times, free parking, good shower, nice kitchen, friendly staff. There were two small pieces of broken glass on the floor, but the front desk person came up immediately to take care of the problem.

It’s a nice property but it does have a bit of strange front entrance. The staff was very nice and helpful on all interactions. The front desk responded quickly about our complaint regarding a guest who was smoking in their room. The smoke odor was coming into our room via the air vents but someone clearly found the culprit as it soon stopped. The bed was comfortable, the Wifi was great and the shower was fine. Would happily stay here again.
