The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive to our needs. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed on our stay including cooking utensils and pans. (Although could use a strainer). We encountered an issue with the shower and it was fixed by the time we came back for the night. The only complaint was due to covid the breakfast was lacking. The complimentary breakfast was grab and go and consisted of highly processed, packaged muffins, an apple juice, an orange and granola bar. We chose to make our own. Also, the pool was closed due to repairs. Despite these few hiccups, I would highly recommend this friendly, clean and convenient spot.

We stayed for one night and it was a wonderful experience. Rooms have great space and have no complaint for breakfast, very delicious. The staff in general was helpful and polite at all times. I do recomend this hotel!!!!?

Loved our King suite corner room - comfy bed and pillows, and plenty of room with a fully equipped kitchen and LR with sofa bed. Before we left the room for our daughter’s event, I called housekeeping to ask them to make up her sofa bed, as I knew she would be exhausted on our return. I was told “you have to do that yourself, we don’t do that anymore. We don’t enter rooms until you leave”. Admittedly, this was our first trip since Covid, but if they make up the bed before guests arrive, why can’t it be done while they’re out? This lack of housekeeping also meant overflowing trashcans, 1 towel per guest per stay, and only 2 packets of coffee per stay. There were no complimentary water bottles in the room, the restaurant was closed, and there was no complimentary breakfast. Luckily, the hotel is not far from a Starbucks. The pool was closed, but that did not stop a loud group from congregating there at night. There was only one employee there at night, and they said they are not allowed to leave the front desk, so hope you do not need any assistance. Be careful and watch closely as you exit the hotel - we constantly saw people loitering, without masks, in broad daylight, and exiting through a path by the parking lot. My husband saw possible drug deals, and when we checked out my daughter and I were followed to our car by 2 unmasked men who had been loitering outside, who quickly changed course and went through that path when my husband approached. I assume they are fully aware of and are taking advantage of the fact that there is no security and few employees on the premises. I suggest management change that before disaster strikes, because it would be a nice stay if they took the time and spent the money to make the hotel safer and more welcoming. Oh, the blood splatter by our sink makes me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned.

Requested housekeeping services and they never came. The front desk said to leave our trash in the hall and someone would take it. They never did. Complimentary breakfast is a paper lunch bag with a prepackaged muffin, chewy granola bar, orange and apple juice. I understand the buffet needs to close due to Covid, but we are not all 5 years old.

Total lack of communication as to what amenities are available. Breakfast was a joke a piece of fruit and Quaker granola bar. I understand that times are changing due to circumstances but maybe lower prices and don’t offer breakfast like it’s going to be an amazing experience when it is just a joke. Also when you have a pool and guests can’t use it make sure they know that during booking and at check in. My kids were so disappointed. Also while disinfecting make sure to remember basics of cleaning. Our lamps were covered in layers of dust on the inside and outside of fixtures. So gross.
