I stayed in the Homewood Suites for 38 nights. Maria at the front desk was so kind and amazing, she made my stay so comfortable. Unfortunately on the 37th day there my refrigerator went out while I was at work causing all my food and all mine and my 8 year old daughters insulin to spoil. I went downstairs upon seeing this to let them know. This was a Saturday and she said Monday the maintenance will come look at it. Ummm that’s 2 days away. Plus my food is spoiled our insulin is now not usable. I ask to speak to the manager and they said Tammy the general manager is out so someone will call you. I’ve followed up everyday on this because it is very important we get our medicine and yet still no call. I’ve been told by the front desk Tammy said she will NOT BE HELPING OR COMPENSATING FOR THEIR FAULTY EQUIPMENT. It’s now been a week tomorrow and still no call. So unprofessional. I’m so sorry I spent $6,000.00 here and I hope you done waste 1¢ at this incredibly unprofessional establishment. Hilton should be ashamed their name is tied to Tammy the GM of this Homewood Suites. I’d advise to stay ANYWHERE ELSE!! The fact that Tammy can’t even be bothered to call me is very disheartening. I’ll be calling the Hilton corporate to file a formal complaint against Homewood Suites and Tammy the GM. I’ve given a week for her to reach out and try to help and she is too unprofessional to complete that task. I’m sure Hilton will make it right but I will NEVER COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN.

Long time Diamond member and checked in to find no hot water . Ok that does happen . It should not , sort of like “ sorry no bed in your room but ok “ When I go to the front desk in the morning I was advised by the staff that HALF OF THE HOTEL HAS NOT HAD HOT WATER FOR 6 MONTHS ! WtF ? I can’t believe this is true . So I go back down and request another room in the area of the hotel that has hot water Amazing So when I come back to get my new room I see the GM and find out that there is no new room for me What I ran into was a GM that had a very direct hostile tone , telling me that they are trying to fix the issue . Hmmmm. Then why are you filling those rooms . ? Sort of remind me of a total “ Karen “ and felt sorry for her staff . I decided to check out 4 days early and had to remind her that “ if not satisfied the night is free “ I am sure they are giving away a lot of rooms Look elsewhere Safe travels !

Good size room with full kitchen. Dirty bathroom there was stain on the toilet and seat, dirty floor. Stained and torn sofa. Cleaning service did not come at any time requested.who came to the room was a maintenance man. Internet does not work.when i called reception and complaining about the dirt it would work it was very rude and said i was talking to my husband by phone message and asked me if i was a guest. Of course, if I'm calling from inside the room.

Shortly after checking in someone complained about noise. We moved rooms and somehow my mom forgot her pjs with $$$ in them in the first room, and they were not found or returned. When we checked out we accidentally forgot a cell phone... guess what? That wasn't found either. There's two possible conclusions here. 1) it's a magical hotel and things magically disappear or 2) their staff is taking the items and never reporting it to the front desk. Housekeeping never picked up trash or even checked the room. Well at least not while we were there 🤷🏽‍♀️ We will NEVER stay here again.

We had to evacuate due to the Loyalton fire and the Red Cross got us a room here. We had our dog with us, so it was hard to find a hotel we could go to. Thank goodness Homewood Suites allows pets! The front desk staff was so kind to us. The room was lovely, very spacious and clean. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. Everything was excellent. Keep up the great work!
