Hotel room was clean and spacious. Staff was ok. They charge $3.77 for 16oz bottled water and do not offer complimentary water. They throw away freshly pumped breastmilk without a courtesy phone call.

Awesome location, covid precautions in place. We had a great time and loved the room layout. Melissa and Victoria were truly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. We hope to be back soon when covid is gone.

Property is very dated. Particular in a COVID environment, it is problematic when the in-room refrigerator does b not work, WiFi performs like dial up from the 90’s with constant buffering, and the DirectTV system has not been updated and refreshed and offers no content. Just underwhelming. Not even close to what you expect from a property carrying the Hyatt brand.

40 different bottles of drinks and not a single diet soda. Best they had was zero sugar redbull. Really? Also charged for 2 sodas I didn’t buy and has taken more than 5 calls and 1 email and still not resolved yet. Everything else? Fine. Nice people. Clean.

I inquired as to what the safety and cleanliness protocols were - the person working the front desk just shrugged and said that housekeeping was still just cleaning the rooms but that no other safety measure were being taken. I asked if rooms were kept empty for a time period between customers and again the answer of no - This hotel doesn't appear to have any cleanliness protocols in place.
