We stayed here on 1/3 and 1/10 through American Express FHR program, and Natalia helped us check in on both stays. The check-in process was very smooth for both stays. She was very professional in explaining all the benefits provided from both the FHR program and hotel, parking benefits, and goodies for the kids (even though she did not see the kids physically present). She was also very easy going and making good conversation with me while waiting for the check-in paperwork.
On 1/3 stay, there was a woman's short left on the balcony when we went into our first room. I spoke to Jacob at the front desk and he immediately helped us change the room and provided us property credit as an apology. When we went to the 2nd room, there were cheetos on the floor. I went back to Jacob and he sent a housekeeper immediately to clean the floor. He was very professional while dealing with our concerns.
Another front desk staff, Jason, was also very professions while helping us check out on both stays. Jason took care of our breakfast bills because AMEX FHR program provided free breakfast for two while the cafe staff did not know this offer. Jason is like an old friend who chatted with me for like 20 minutes. I really enjoyed our conversation and small talks!
We are VERY IMPRESSED that Natalia and Jason recognized me when we went back the 2nd time. They treated us like their friends and I really enjoyed chatting withe them! We will be back in May and September and we are so looking forward to it!
