Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe

The hotel is amazing, so close to the lake, the outdoor pool was heated, there was an outdoor fire in a firepit and the hotel gave us a package to make smores, so much fun! I wish we were able to stay longer than 1 day because there were activities you can sign up for

Very disappointing all around. We came for our 30th Wedding Anniversary and we had an extremely underwhelming stay culminating in one of the poorest fine dining experiences we’ve ever had at the Lone Eagle Grille.

Just got home from a long weekend at Hyatt Incline Village. As you can see in my previous reviews always been a place I have very highly enjoyed in the past. This long weekend was incredibly disappointing. I understood things would be somewhat limited because of covid-19, although I think they took it way too drastically. Amazing how closed everything words I mean everything. Still charged $40 a day for Resort fee with zero amenities. Restaurants were not open at all no service at all in the pool area. 6 chairs on the beach. Could not even get a drink at Lone Eagle unless you took it to go. Machines felt like they were adjusted to not pay out. 1 blackjack table $15 a hand. You could walk over to Lone Eagle for breakfast what is a complete rip-off. Dinner very difficult to be accommodated, wants me dead get a seat at the bar for dinner the two bartenders were fantastic, fantastic. Having those guys wait on us for dinner last night was the highlight of the trip. Again I can't believe they had the nerve to charge Resort fees where there was no resort at all. Last comment I've been going to this facility since 1976. As you can see in my past reviews this is not atypical review from me on the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe

This place was one of the best hospitality experiences we ever had in our lives. My wife and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and we were blown away by the level of care this place puts in every single detail.

We wanted a quick getaway surrounded by nature. We stayed in a lakeview room and the view from our window was amazing. We loved being so close to the beach as we had our children with us. It was easy to go back and forth between the beach and the room. We watched the sunset from the beach. The kids loved making s'mores at the fire pit. The hotel provided us with a complimentary kit. It was perfect and enjoyable.
