The hotel was beautiful, clean and staff were friendly. Unfortunately, my wife had to call the front desk 3 times for extra towels. When the towels were finally delivered, it was still not the amount my wife requested and was promised to receive.
Then upon reviewing my final bill, there was a random charge to my room from the hotel steakhouse. My wife did not notice it when she checked us out, but I did when reviewing the final bill after returning home in MO. I tried to call the hotel for assistance, but was on hold for an extended period of time. I then had to option to schedule a callback, which I did, but have yet to receive a callback some days later. Very disappointing service from a well known and respected brand.
