When a canceled flight left me stranded for the night and I was leaving empty rooms in other hotels, I had recently remained at the Sheratons 4 points share. The lobby was cosy and comfortable. So far, so good. I first knew something was wrong when I entered the elevator bays. The nearby trash can was overflowing, and the area was smelly, with heavily stained carpet. From there, it went downhill. The elevator was rickety, and the corridors were dingy and ran down. Where do I begin with my room? I decided to wait for a shower until I got home the next day, which was so dirty carpet, stained mirrors, and stained sheets. And I'm a person who is very meticulous with my hygiene. This was among the worst hotel stays I've ever stayed in, even the friendly staff was unable to save it. Without a doubt, I'll look into remaining at other Sheratons properties in the future.

First of all, we had a pleasant review, but it was not until we learned we had been wrongly charged for using the internet! The front desk clerk informed us that if we joined their Marriott convoy club, although the internet fees would be shown on the invoice, they would be credited back because members of the club do not pay for internet usage. We stated that we did not require it as we had Og with our own phone providers in the uk covered us, but she was convincing, and as we would probably use their hotels again, we joined. Three days later, we checked out very early, and as our chauffeur was already there, I just read the statement and saw that the balance stated zero and left. Imagine our shock when our credit card statement on our way home showed up and said we had been charged over a hundred pounds for internet use! We attempted to contact the hotel, but they refused to look into it or explain why we were charged, and surprise, there is no trace of us joining the Marriott convoy club. I'm just warning for those looking to stay here: yes, it's a lovely hotel, well-located for all the sights, but be careful if they try to sign you up and promise free WiFi.

In general, a business hotel I would recommend. I stayed here for two nights on a business trip. As a convoy platinum I felt spoiled. Upgraded to a nice, spacious suite that was well-appointed and comfortable. The daily resort fee of $200 is annoying, but it comes with a day of fi credit. Platinum members are eligible for free desserts at the restaurant 909 and a free drink each night.

We had an amazing stay at Weston on Michigan Avenue! We arrived early in the morning after taking an early flight into town. We were able to get a room right away, and every single person we dealt with at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. From allie at the front desk to Barbara at 909 north, everyone went out of their way to answer any questions we had and make our stay great! This was our first stay at Weston on Michigan Avenue, but it will not be our last!.

We stayed for a wedding and had a great time. Ally and Alfredo were very friendly and helpful with our early check in. The wedding room was very nice and the food was great at the event and also in the lobby bar. The rooms are a bit dated with cracking and peeling paint but very clean, spacious and comfortable.
