I just stayed here for a week on business. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location of the property is close to restaurants and bars, and the metro station nearby will take you to downtown Do. I will stay here every time I visit Tendon!

The location is great, and the staff is kind. I will definitely return. The rooms are nice. The decoration is also very nice and neat. They have an excellent location close to restaurants and other attractions, and there is public transportation too.

This is an excellent hotel to stay in. The front desk employee named Billy Big is a very special guest. He works very professionally, courteously, and has knowledge about his area of work. I had a pleasant two-night stay last week. This weston was delightful to me, and the concierge lounge was really everything. Being titanium elite, I had complimentary access to the breakfast buffet, which was excellent. Plenty of self-parking, tastefully renovated rooms, Starbucks brand coffee in the room, a sizable fitness center, attentive personnel, and a restaurant with a decent assortment of dinner menu options. The one thing I will say about the dinner restaurant is that I did find that the seating was limited. So, basically, if I could alter anything, Id have more dining area and club lounges.

The room was nice, quiet, clean, and comfortable, but there was an insufficient amount of bath towels. I assumed there would be either bottles of water or at least a water receptacle in the lobby. But water could be purchased. I assumed from the website that a shuttle from iad was available. Guess I misread the website. I assumed that either breakfast was offered or there were nearby restaurants within walking distance. Again, sorry. I'm an international ambassador platinum member. Somehow, I didn't feel that way about this facility. Sorry, but back to crown plaza on my next trip to Nor.

In terms of the lodging itself, I was quite pleased with the trip. The extras in need of special attention. The first point is entertainment. They claim to have many internet options. Yet, when we watch either Netflix or Hbo, the selected content loads slowly. I brought this to the hotel staff and they promised to fix it. However, it is not addressed. Streaming video is not challenging. You can do it on almost any internetconnected device. Find out! It is inadmissible. I work in it and when I have a problem ticket, I am expected to resolve it or escalate it, keeping the customer informed about the problem. That was not the case. The second problem was that the extra blankets in the closet were dirty. They smelled absolutely foul. I brought this to the staff again, but it was not investigated. As I already stated, the fundamental components of the stay were fine. The bed was comfortable, the shower was pleasant, and with the exception of the aforementioned extra blankets, the room was very clean. Also, I must mention the king suite is very spacious and the high ceilings are a nice touch. Fix it and wash your extra linens, and this is a fivestar rating.

I have a great experience here. The location of this hotel is very strategic, close to a 711 McDonald's, there is a good and kind service from the front desk staff. I stayed here for a week and never had any complaints.

All you need for work. I find courtyard to be one of the most reliable Marriott brands for business trips when I need to stay near the airport, and this was no exception. The bistro concept at this brand is very well done. Lots of parking, quiet, and mobile check-in makes everything a breeze!.

Back in the early 2010 s, my wife and son used to stay at this hotel quite frequently when visiting virginia. As a Sheraton. I'm a Marriott Rewards member, so I'm constantly checking out the best points redemption in the area, and I came upon the courtyard for only ask points. After putting all the pieces together, I realized that this was the old Sheraton dulled tendon. We loved the original, and they offered exclusive perks for Marriott convoy members. I asked the clerk when they switched and he didn't know, suggesting that it was quite a long time ago. We hadn't stayed here since probably 2014, and our family was growing and we needed more space. But just needed a clean, comfortable space and this courtyard provided it. Unlike many other Marriott properties, the courtyard does not offer a free breakfast, but they did provide a reasonably priced kids breakfast option. What's the difference between the sheraton and the courtyard? A redesign of the interior brought in more light to the rooms. Sheratons have a standard brown and orange decor. The courtyards are lighter. The room feels spacious and brighter.

My experience with this hotel has been nothing short of great! Harish, Vickie, Stephanie, Marta, and Kristen are the most outstanding hospitality managers you've ever encountered. They all accomplish a fantastic job, and it is visible throughout the rest of the staff. From night workers raising to even rina, the housekeeping staff one day. All the requirements one requires are met swiftly and with a happy smile on their face because they are aware of keeping their clients pleased. My room more than meets the expectations of a normal room. The shower in the restroom is an adequate size, and the water pressure temperature is the best in the industry. Due to outstanding management staff, excellent room amenities, and its proximity to the dulles intl airport 5 minutes away and other shopping centers within a 5 block radius, I wholeheartedly endorse this location. I can guarantee that your stay at the dullesherndon branch will not disappoint you.

We stayed for two nights while I was working. Claudia at the check-in desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was great. It took less than 10 minutes to get to the airport and looked like there was a shuttle shuttle to get around. The wallpaper was detached from the wall in the hallways, so the rooms might use some renovation. The hotel is clean, has a bar that is open and a small coffee shop.

I could go on for days. Lets talk about my housekeeper, who I love so much. I dont even have to tell her what I like she already knows, she hooks me up and makes sure I'm taking care of me. Doodad is. Vickie is great she has a great personality and great customer service she takes care of me as well and harish always greets me with a warm smile you can't help but love. The candlewood staff are basically a big family. The way they work together to make sure every guest feels welcome and as comfortable as possible is amazing. Highly recommend this hotel if you work from home and need an ethernet connection. Don't be delayed call my girl Stephanie, the best salesperson you have ever met in your life. You want to be disappointed.

For a week of training, I stayed here last week with a party of 12. The front desk staff was friendly and quickly checked me in. However, the lighting in the primary room in the initial room I entered didn't work. I went back downstairs and was promptly assigned a new room, which worked. So far, no problem, these minor issues are not big deal for me. The room itself is tiny, but nothing unusual. Nonetheless, how they utilize this area is not good. The bathroom or the closet can be closed using a long, mirrored barn door. But what it means in practice is that to get to the closet, you must close the bathroom and vice versa, which is an inconvenience when you get ready in the morning. There is also no desk, and the outlets by the bed were only 50 working. The room was therefore not very useful! I was on the first level facing the highway, and the room had highway noise all night. Not overly loud, but I've been in quieter rooms and it was too much to notice when you try to sleep. I used the iron to crisp up my shirt, and it wasn't pretty worn out, but it didn't scorch my clothes. The window in the room was broken the entire week during my four days there. It wasn't anything that really affected me, but it indicates something about property maintenance. I ate breakfast in the eater
