I love the rooms, right on the lake with every room viewing the lake. Very clean and nice heater also some rooms have fireplaces. We've stayed in both, very nice. I have stayed here many times before and loved it. Pool and Hot Tub very enjoyable. I walked across the street which is the entrance to the Village and went to dinner. In the morning I drove to the Bear Mountain ski/snowboard resort. It was only a short distance. Had a great time.

Our family of 4 stayed in a 2 bed balcony room on the 2nd floor. It was nice and convenient near Summit resort. The balcony view was of the lake, clean room, nice staff, and near shops. It was pleasant to stay at the Marina Resort after a long day of snowboarding. I would stay here again for sure!

I can’t speak for the actual hotel, we stayed in condo 203. I have no idea how this got 4/5. If I could give it half a star I would for the view. This place was disgustingly dirty. It smelled like vomit, it was filthy, I even found a fake nail on the floor and the toilet seat was broken. They offered to have the cleaning people come clean again. They didn’t do it right the first time and they didn’t do it the second time. They came back and vacuumed but I had to still go and clean the microwave and sweep and found chip bags under the bed. THIS WAS AFTER THEY CLEANED FOR THE SECOND TIME. It has a very nice view but very filthy!

My family and I decided to stay here and found it to be very pleasant. Its walking distance to the village and right on the lake. It was really nice to be able to walk right out of your room and have the lake right in front of you. All the snow in the area was also a plus.

This was a quick trip we planned last minute. You can see the room on our YouTube video # FbrC-kbi_A8 It was comfortable and all we needed. I woke up to look out the window with the lake glistening and the sky so blue. Our video is a must watch.
