Great service and great location. There are ABC stores and LONGS nearby. You won't have any problems even late at night. There are restaurants and bars that are open late at night. There are also delicious food trucks. And the best thing is the smoking area of this hotel. It's hidden from the people around, but you can relax on the benches around the pond. I'll stay here again when I come to Hawaii.

Very good stay for three days at the right location for us all (6 persons). Very confortable and cleaned rooms. Good service from staff specially from Mike and Mark who accomoded us on our way back from the cruise. Thanks again for a memorable stay in Honolulu.

スタッフの皆さんがとても親切な対応をしてくれるので、気持ち良く過ごせました。帰国の前日に停電に見舞われましたが、懐中電灯を貸してもらったり、アイスクリームを配ってたり、できる対応をしてくれていたと思います。場所がいいので、買い物も食事も困らないです。重い買い物の荷物はすぐに置きに戻れるので、前回に続きリピートしました。

I arrived after 11pm and I couldn't find the entrance from the road and needed to drive around the block a few times. Ended up parking in driveway and security (Maria - amazing) found me on the list and let me in. Then the service was outstanding. I couldn't fault anything.
