Definitely (COVID not withstanding) the classiest casino/hotel in Reno; particularly if you have money to spend. Hands down the best spa and some of the nicest rooms in town. All of that said please do understand that the Peppermill is quite a bit outside of the "downtown" area and is not as much of a party, have a good time in a vice city casino as some downtown (and definitely not as social fun as GSR) casino's. Although it definitely has the best spa in town. It also (COVID not withstanding) had the only good high end "club" in Reno, but if you are looking for a young, fun, meet people (read: locals) kind of time this probably isn't the place. Slot wise (because we all know you tourist want to know) the Peppermill is not the place to win big or even moderate...it has some of the tightest slots and most morally rigorous table in town (I was asked to leave for saying the "F" word twice in an hour at a blackjack table in an adults only area...)so if you are looking for luxury it's definitely the place for you! If you are looking for the best bang for your buck (when you don't make enough to take luxury vacations) the GSR (Grand Sierra Resort) is a better bet, not just spot wise, and you will probably lose less money. But if you are looking for more of a luxury vacation, or even just a self pampering kind of trip, Peppermill is for you.

Peppermill resort is very clean. The less expensive rooms that are not in the Towers are really nice. Very clean and safe. Although the parking lot was below and outside my room window, I only heard a couple loud motorcycles and cars. The hvac is pretty loud, but it works efficiently. The casino floors had clear plastic barriers between each slot machine - it was a little difficult to get in and out of the swivel chairs in such a small space. Also, I noticed ash trays not picked up.

My husband & I were looking to escape the smoke and celebrate my birthday somewhere. Couldn’t have chosen a better place !! Super clean. Everyone wore masks. The staff is VERY nice. We ate at 3 different restaurants - the food was EXCELLENT every time (Cafe Milano, Oceano, Sports Deli). The coffee is also outstanding. As well as the Pina Coladas.🍹 I hit the pool early in the morning. Hardly anyone there. It was warm & beautiful. We’re not big gamblers so only played a few slot machines. There’s a super fun arcade on the 2nd floor for kids of all ages. If you want to leave the casino there’s lots of shopping and restaurants all around - but you really don’t need to leave the property. Oh - parking is free !! We stayed in the Peppermill Tower. No view but no biggie. Very very clean. The beds and pillows were the comfiest I’ve ever slept in !! You don’t have to be a gambler or partier to have fun here. I highly recommend & can’t wait to go back !! 😀😀😀

From the time we checked in we felt as if every employee at The Peppermill treated us as if we were the only guests. Bellhop, front desk clerks, room attendants, casino employees, restaurant servers...they all genuinely cared about their jobs at this independently owned resort. The list of amenities could go on forever in this review. Our take away is that we will return to The Peppermill as often as we can.

I love it, it is one of the best hotels in Reno Nevada, a beauty I had a very clean room and in the casino its huge screens with beautiful tourist places, beautiful swimming pool, I love its coffee and restaurants like the Ocean bar, excellent restaurants within the same hotel casino all beautiful very elegant I recommend it you will love it
