Susan at the front desk was very friendly- offering suggestions for dining and things to do in valley. Baseball tournament for colleges here and showed support for LC Valley. She was very organized and able to multitask as several groups came in. She made the checkin process very smooth. A dedicated person to make everyone feel welcome!

I read a lot of bad reviews and was worried. I've never checked out grout before! It's not any worse than at my house. The jetted tub was huge and worked great. The bed was soft, maybe that's why people thought it sagged? I slept well. The pool and jacuzzi were both open and working, but I didn't use them. I had trouble turning the TV off when I wanted to sleep (called front desk = switch on the back of TV) and couldn't get the DirecTV to come back on the next day (someone from front desk came in and got it working). The breakfast room was nice, I had scrambled eggs, sausage and a bagel. There were apples and yogurts and cereal there, too. Overall it was a normal hotel experience.

Front desk lady was a delight after a long road trip. Quick and easy check in. Room was quiet bed comfortable. Just a few stains on carpet and a few cob webs but other than that we were pleased. Good selection for the breakfast. Would stay here again.
