My experience with this hotel was nothing short of AMAZING. From the moment I met Jen Bitz the sales and catering manager I was impressed. She was attentive, easy to talk to and knew exactly what I needed to make my FIRST convention a success. I’d been to Hilton and Marriott about my event and neither of those hotels impressed me. I got the impression that because I didn’t have $30,000 to spend, I wasn’t high on their priority list. Ms. Bitz TREATED me like I was spending $50,000. The staff is great too. Everyone that attended my conference was impressed, and I’ve already booked our 2020 convention due to how impressed I was with this years. If you need a great place to throw a convention, party or wedding, that’s convenient to everything with a great staff, choose this hotel.
