Great deal to simplify your trip out of BWI. We live 2 hours from BWI so instead of rushing and hoping that traffic will not make us miss our flight, we spend the night here. We can leave our car in their parking lot for the duration of our trip for a fee. The hotel has been recently refurbished and is immaculate. The staff was efficient and helpful.

I found this hotel, very clean, bed was so comfortable , and observed all rules of social distancing keeping their staff/clients safe. So pleased w the helpfulness of all the staff and the suggestions for better parking, especially by Roxanne , my airport shuttle driver. She made sure I parked my car in a great spot since I was leaving it for 7 days and was so compassionate during our conversation on our way to the airport. She listened and empathized w my family recent loss for which I was traveling .There was a gentleman , don't have his name, but was at the check out desk, today (11/17/20 at 6:10 am) he was so sweet and expedited my check out smoothly, thank you Sir you also made me feel valued and cared for as a guest! Kudos to Red Roof , you have a winning team at this location! Definitely recommend this hotel , staff / shuttle service.❤️

INredibly anry and rude shuttle driver. Not sure how some people last in customer service. SO I am outside wauting for my shuttle to go back to the Airport. Shuttle driver pulls up. She gets out and walks right past me. May be she gotta go to the restroom or something. Didn't think much of it But then I hear her screaming and raving behind me. I turnaround and she is actually yelling at me. She asks me she if I'm waiting for her shuttle. I'm with my luggage in the shuttle waiting area few feet from the shuttle door when she got out as she walked right past me. But I still answer her with a nice "yes" as well in case there was any doubt Then she starts raging even more because I "didn't say something". I simply checked out, then just got out and stood in front of the bus door as told by the receptionist. No idea what's happening at this point. It is too early, and I just wanna get to the airport. Didn't want to engage crazy lady. I tried to explain myself but I stopped engaging her as it was getting worse. Whatever trip she was on, I wasn't gonna feed that energy. Needless to say that was one bizarre shuttle to the airport with a random hostile driver lady. Couldn't wait to get out of that shuttle. I'm honestly not sure why she was mad. Whatever this lady thinks of me, anyone that looks like me, whether she is having a bad day or she hates her job, that is still no way to talk to customers. We pay money to receive service. The least you can do is treat us like human beings

I see a lot of good reviews. I guess I was the exception because my stay was not a 5 star stay. It says no smoking, but there was strong cigarette whether I was in the lobby, hallways or my room. I travel a lot. Sorry to say, but the staff I dealt with had a bad attitude from front desk staff to the shuttle driver: especially the shuttle driver. I don’t know how some people last in customer service. The shuttle driver the took me was either one angry person, or on some other stuff. Without getting into details, she said a few things to me that were out of pocket. Not sure what her deal was. Had to bite my tongue, and could not wait to get out of that bus. You hate your job, there are plenty that will do it with a smile on their face

Hello, This is a great safe, clean and cost efficient location. The staff is wonderful!! Tee was BEYOND EXCELLENT!! She was very patient, attentive and friendly!! Dont just take my word--go experience the "Tee Effect" yourself!! Thank me later!!
