Our room looked brand new! SPOTLESS and spacious! We stayed on our journey southbound and felt so COVID-safe and comfortable we stayed again on our journey northbound! Bonus points for a huge shower with the controls AWAY from the spray!

In the times of Covid I care most about a hotels' hygiene, this was spotless. Be aware that masks are mandatory, there are lots of hand sanitizer stations. Breakfast is non-standard due to Covid, so be aware. The hotel has 4 Tesla chargers in the parking lot if that's a plus for you. The room itself is standard for a Residence Inn, but feels new-ish.

Large group of 20 of us stayed for 2 months and are platinum elite members. They would not clean rooms properly, constantly had to ask for toilet paper and would not wash the dishes. One guy had to make his own bed several times. After the sheet exchange. Rude personnel during the day shift. WiFi constantly kicked you off absolutely do not recommend for more than one night

While the property is lovely, when booking, there was no indication that twice the nightly rates would be charged if pets are staying. We chose this property because it is listed as pet friendly. However, nothing was mentioned about doubling the nightly rate for pets until after we were in our room. NO mention while booking, NO mention while checking in. We reserved a room with king bed, and had a room with 2 queens. Very disappointed also, that in spite of multiple, easy to read signs were posted in and around the lobby that masks were required, we were the only guests wearing them. One couple wore masks around their necks, another guest held his mask in his hand, and the desk clerks' masks covered their mouths, but not their noses.The desk clerks did nothing to enforce guests wear masks. Cannot recommend this hotel nor will we stay there again.

We stayed here while on our cross country road trip vacation. The room was clean, modern, and cozy. It is located near shopping and restaurants. There’s a walking path that’s about 2 miles right behind the hotel that overlooks a beautiful pond. The only riff we had with our stay was we were told we couldn’t get a late checkout due to the coronavirus pandemic. Otherwise our stay was good.
