Stayed at the Residence in Dec. 2020. We found he facility to be quite nice. It has several green areas for dogs. The staff is very cordial and accommodating considering the environment (covid) Two items. One, they need a fenced in area for dogs to run around. Two, other guests are very inconsiderate and don't pick up after their dog. Dog friendly.

I stayed 5 nights at this hotel (12/19-12/24). Convenient location, however the loud noice from neighbors' rooms really bothers, sounds of footsteps upstairs, dog barking next room, people taking in parking lot, keeps up days and nights. Unidentified yellow stain in bath tub (when freshly check-in), phone is dusty and dirty, toilet clogged. The labels of comforters all Curl up (I assume caused by dryer), unidentified mark on pillow so I requested additional clean pillows. Due to the pandemic we had reduced the contact of staffs, but when toilet clogged I had no choice to ask the engineer to take care of it. Service are good, grab-n-go breakfast, quick response from Front Desk. I would suggest for those are sensitive to noise or expecting higher level of room cleanliness to evaluate the factors before picking hotel to stay.

After a horrible experience at another hotel (checked out immediately due to uncleanliness), I was driving around by myself with a newly operated on puppy at night looking for a place to stay. My husband called this hotel and asked for a pet-friendly room on the first floor. When I arrived the lobby was cozy and clean. The front desk attendant was very kind. My room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I was placed on the first floor near a door outside which was very helpful! They also have a nice small off-leash area for pets.

I now know better than book through a third party and meet with unexpected surprises. So far on this trip we were paying $25-30 per night as a pet fee. It really is an honor system as no one really checks to see if you are bringing one in. I booked all my hotels on this trip through Priceline but will no longer. Upon check in I told them I had a dog & they stated it was a $125 pet deposit fee because the carpets were shampooed after every pet stay??? I said this was excessive and no where was I advised of this beforehand The reply was this was supplied to the 3rd party & it was up to them to advise or not. Otherwise outside of a bagged breakfast instead of a hot one, all was OK

Residence inn is my favorite Extended Day Hotel. These were nice rooms with a big TV. But I has some issues here. Don’t be too quick to grab the bottle of water in the refrigerator that you’re thinking “how nice of them to leave this for me.” If you drink that it’s $3.50, because MARRIOTT just isn’t making enough off of what you’re paying for the room!
