Great for the price tbh. All other hotels were 3 times the amount. Hard to pay that when I’m just using it for air conditioning, a shower and a bed to sleep in. It is old, but incredibly charming. It is conveniently located close to house rock valley road. So great for the adventurer that doesn’t want to camp in triple digit weather 😂

Lovely little hotel. It's just outside of Page so it was a bit less expensive and still close enough to what we needed. Not alot of frills. Clean and comfortable.

Amazing View! The building was old, but the rooms were well kept and clean. The property manager was super friendly and helpful. It had laundry facilities and a patio area with lots of tables and ample room to walk your dog. Coffee was provided, but no continental breakfast. I definitely would stay there again.

Brittania and Monica were extremely helpful and friendly! They worked with us to extend our stay and get us in the same room, which they didn't have to do. It helped make our stay much more comfortable. Otherwise, the motel was clean and comfortable.

Mountains surrounded the motel makes it look like a western cowboy movie scene. It’s interesting located at the road cross 2 states Utah and Arizona. A lot attractions like Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon, Antelope Canyon and Page city are close to it, it’s convenient to drive around

We love this little motel. We stay any time we are in the area. Inexpensive and always clean. My only complaint is the lack of morning coffee/snacks. Big Water has no amenities. A coffee pot in the lobby with a sign on it telling us to push the button to brew is not helpful when you just want to grab a cup and get on the road. Other than that, I definitely recommend this motel.
