Perfect place for a NYC trip. Several metro lines in close proximity. The area can come across as a little dodgy, but is perfectly fine. Very nice rooms, although not very big. Clean and in good condition. Nice lobby area and nice employees.

Good sized room by NYC standards and very friendly, helpful staff. We had a great stay here. Coffee refreshed every morning, ice in the corridor. Handy for Canal Street subway. There’s a 24 hour deli almost underneath the hotel which is great for morning (or midnight) food and drinks. We’d grab a coffee and egg roll every morning and sit in the little park around the corner.

Great adorable stay for lower Manhattan. One block off of fashionable SoHo streets and lovely restaurants. Subway two blocks away. Canal Street is very busy and loud, but the interior of the hotel was super quiet.

All the staff was amazing, very polite and helpful. Each time had a question or needed something it was answered and delivered immediately. The gentleman at the door never skipped a beat in greeting you as you left or entered the premises. Being a runner I was ecstatic that the Hudson River was just a 10 minute walk where I could go for my early morning runs and on my way back, grab a hearty breakfast from a corner cart! I would definitely stay at Sheraton again when in town.

Great Location, good restaurants, fun shops, art gallery,s, fake bags for who is into this, centrally located on manhattan Island. Rooms are clean and in good condition, considering thr price. Surroundings of hotel give a little rough impression, but are safe and ok… Will come back.

Amazing hotel, very hospitable staff and great location. We were close to everything including a shopping strip, pizza, the famous Los Tacos and a convenient store that was right outside the hotel. The staff was extremely respectful and helpful :)

Family of 3 (8 year old with us), we stayed here due to the proximity of the event that was going to take place (Ghostbusters anniversary) and I wanted somewhere walking distance. The location was perfect 👌!! The room ran a little warm but wasn't unbearable. Staff all super nice and hotel was clean and well kept. I was able to log into my Netflix on the tv in the room so that was a plus for my son when we were settling down for the evening. Within a block was plenty of food chocies for the whole family. Tribeca bagels literally next door was a life saver for drinks, snacks and my son loved thier pizza. My favorites were poke bowl & Los tacos hermanos, and my husbands was Black burger.

The staff were very friendly and efficient at the check in and luggage drop and the coffee station. I enjoyed my stay here. It was convenient to the restaurant we had a reservation at and within walking distance of everything we needed. The only downside was that the curtains in the room didn’t close properly so the sun was shinning in at 6am - blackout curtains would be nice.
