Hotels at this price point can be disgusting and I have been to awful Sleep Inns in the past. This is a very decent property, however, and I would stay here again.
Had a two-night stay - I originally planned for one night but had to stay a second after some car trouble.
No problems checking in/out and the staff were quite nice during my stay.
Room was clean and the decor was above average for a hotel in this class.
IIRC, the room had a fridge and ironing supplies, but did not have a safe. TV got plenty of channels, including a couple of HBO channels. A/c worked well on 90 degree days. Laundry room appears to be open 24 hours. It's $4 a load, which isn't terrible compared to the local laundromats, but I didn't see that there was a place to buy soap. Also, the machines only take quarters and I'm unsure if the front desk can provide them.
Quiet area in a suburban office park. Plenty of parking. The hotel is about 15 minutes from Bethesda and 30 minutes to DC, although I stayed during COVID when there wasn't much traffic.
I previously stayed in a Ramada in the same office park. I would recommend this hotel instead of the Ramada, which is in an old industrial space and feels weird and dreary.
