The staff I spoke to over the phone and at check in were very helpful and friendly! Parking in the lot right outside the building, was $25 a night AFTER you let them know you are staying at Sleep Inn. The rooms were clean and well cared for which was a relief after the dingy hallway carpet. Breakfast had bananas and apples for those of us that can’t eat gluten or dairy.

2 nights, good location in Chinatown...but very noisy at 5.30am until 7. Room was clean and comfortable. A bit untidy and smelly in and around Chinatown, but lively with the hustle and bustle. Car parking was cheap on parking lot and supervised. Dining room was small and you had to wait for a table. When you eventually got one, social distancing was definitely a problem. More tables and a bit of thought required.

Location is perfect. We were able to walk about a mile east to the historic attractions. Walk west about the same distance to most of the famous museums. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative was not much “fine dining” nearby, but we still managed to eat well.

Excellent stay at Sleep Inn. Front desk (Adrien I believe ?) was very nice fellow and offered a few tips. Check-in was a breeze. Very close to convention center and Reading Terminal Market. Paid parking lot was next to building. Shower had magnificent pressure and the toilet evacuated all with ease.

This is a no-frills hotel in the middle of all the action, walking distance to so many Center City and historic attractions. Air conditioning was ice-cold, shower was good and hot, our room had a small fridge and a microwave. The young woman at the front desk was super helpful and friendly! The parking lot is small, and a separate charge, but the parking attendants were also helpful and friendly. Chinatown is a fun section of town with tons of character, shops and markets. Located very near the Reading Terminal Market; which you could probably spend a couple of days eating and shopping just there! If you want something fancy, with all the bells and whistles, go spend twice as much at a different hotel ;)

Very convenient to popular tourist attractions. Many food options. Late night food also available at some places. Staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was alright. I have seen it better at other hotels but I’ve also seen it worse. Bagels/waffle machine/cereal/muffins/coffee/tea/oj/apple juice/hard boiled eggs during week. They did have bacon and eggs on the weekend but it was not good. The only negative is the parking. $25 per night which isn’t horrible but I think hotel guests should either have free parking or much less than $25. The lot was very convenient right next to hotel which was a plus. But the $50 we had to pay for parking made the value of hotel go down. I would probably stay there again but would in a heartbeat if the parking fee was better. Right in Chinatown…felt safe, even during a late night stroll. Some homeless but sadly that’s most cities. Overall a good stay.
