We booked a night at this hotel while on a road trip.
I am dumbfounded by good reviews.
It was a bad stay, actually the worse stay out of 7 hotels on out road trip.
Our booking had a free breakfast but this hotel did not have breakfast though it was on their website as well.
Their refrigerators did not have a freezer or a freezer area and a temperature was too warm to keep our food - it was no dial to set a temperature higher.
There were a separate bath/shower and a toilet, both with a see-though glass instead of a regular door. The toilet was right across one of the beds which made it unpleasant, especially at night with a light shining through the door.
Their microwave was only 700w.
The hotel's internet was not protected by a password and I had to use my cellular data for security.
Tanya, the front desk supervisor, did not ware a mask and did not use social distancing while talking to me (she left front desk to get very close to me to give me back my blue ice which a front desk offered to keep in their hotel freezer since all room refrigerators in this hotel do not have any freezer area).
The hotel denied my request for a partial refund for the cost of going for breakfast elsewhere.
They said that I should go to their recommended 2 restaurants to get 10 % discount(!?).
When Expedia called them asking to give a partial refund for non-existing breakfast which we had to buy elsewhere, it was denied.
Like I said - the worst stay.
I would never stay there again and very surprised that the Marriott allows such low quality from their franchise (yes, it is a franchise).
