The price is very good. Hotel is clean enough. Rooms are spacious and clean. The parking lot is well lit and clean. The property is clean. The staffs are friendly.
However, I reserved a disability accessible room and they didn't have any. Instead, they only have a second floor room available. So the manager gave me the option to backed out of my reservation. BUT I've been driving all day, late checking in, and the last thing I need to do is cancel that reservation and find another one ASAP, IF THERE'S ANY LEFT IN TOWN. In other words, the hotel got me by the balls. The manager also said that he wants to be sure we are on the same page as far as backing out of the reservation. YEAH RIGHT. Last thing I want is to back out and not find a room for the night. So of course I just said okay. Then the manager gave me a room with 2 queen size beds for my wife and I and said he's not going to charge me extra. Are you SERIOUS? You don't have my disability accessible room that I RESERVED and now you're telling me you're not going to charge me for the wrong room that is not what I reserved????? The audacity!!!!!! smh
