Super 8 by Wyndham Upland Ontario CA

The only comment that would be complimentary would be to the night desk lady who was working upon check in . There were people smoking marijuana by the front desk and to the back by my room . To each his own but do it in your room because I don’t want to smell it . There were homeless kickin it in the parking lot with patrons . I felt very unsafe . My key card took several attempts to work . The room was a non smoking room but clearly smelled of smoke in there . The room looked nothing like the picture on the website I might add. The microwave didn’t work , the bathroom was dirty looked like urine was on the toilet seat and top of base . The remote to the tv , you literally had to be right in front of it to attempt to change the channel . I was in room 228 to the back on the second floor , as I walked up the stairwell there was trash bags to the side with some other strewn trash , as well as on the stairs. I had stayed here many years ago and I didn’t see none of this going on or I wouldn’t have reserved a room here now . I live in Upland and I was tooo embarrassed by that room . I would highly suggest You guys hire ASAP a quality assurance employee to get in there and get that hotel together .

Do not stay here! We checked in after dark and were afraid to come out until morning light. Wee propped our suitcases up against the door for saftey. Definately drugs sales and pimping downstairs. No furniture in room except bed Tub looked dirty We could not get out fast enough. Had we known of another hotel, we would have left that night.

The only reason it gets two stars and not one is because employees were nice, however, the room keys barely worked. We had several rooms but kept having to get staff to let us into our rooms, and one night it even looked like I would need to sleep in my clothes in another room! They were having so many problems. The rooms were dirty. There was a black ring at the bottom of one shower. Continental breakfast consisted of Orange juice, pancake machine, and yogurt until it ran out.

Super 8 was a cool place to relax and enjoy some much needed rest. I will return to do the same again when the situation presents itself again. Thanks for the questions and surveys! Have a good new 2020!!

Very dirty entrance with foggy windows. Kitchen with old food on floor. Waffle machine out of order. Room carpet filthy with bad smell. Bath old n used. Asking for cancellation thru Booking.com Moving to Best Western.
