The elevator system was a little weird at first but figured it out. The only thing I didn’t like was I had a double balcony room and it was covered in bird poo and feathers. I mean literally covered. I didn’t even go out there..I do understand being that high up could be the reasoning but when I visited Hawaii I was pretty high up and did not have this issue. Did someone come and clean it or did the birds just avoid it idk but a quick clean upon arrival would’ve been nice

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at the Elser Hotel. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We stayed prior to our cruise and the room and all was just beautiful. Conveniently next to the Port of Miami and when we left it was just a drive over the bridge to get there. This will be our choice again next time we come to Miami and probably always will be :) Thank you Elser Hotel!

My seat great, I didn’t really know anything about the property except that it was near Biscayne Bay. The staff was very helpful and prompt, from the doorman to the front desk to the housekeeping staff. I thoroughly enjoyed the bayside studio and all the amenities of that space. The location was what drew me and it didn’t disappoint, I close the shops, restaurants and various tour options.

Never had been to Miami and wanted a place to stay in close proximity to the Kaseya Center. The hotel was amazing with a very simple walk to the arena. The Bayside Marketplace was a bonus with restaurants, bars and shops.

Overall, it’s a great hotel in a super cool, convenient location in Miami. I would definitely stay in that area and not in Brickell. The hotel itself looks nice and modern, but the cleanliness of the rooms is super low. I booked the studio, and on the first night I found two cockroaches running in the kitchen and washer/dryer spaces. I was immediately run to reception, where such a nice guy made the offer to move to a better room with apologies that this happened. I was so grateful for that quick reaction and understanding. I would just recommend that this hotel improve the cleanliness of its rooms.
