We are here with 10 families. One room is SO FAR from the rest of our crew. A full hotel and different room type prevented that from being improved. Annoying but understandable. THEN we wake up this morning with the room flooded (316). Soggy walls and wet floors and a huge mess. We shut off the water valve outside the room to be helpful and prevent more damage. The maintenance guy was so appreciative and sympathetic that we saved the rooms from further damage- he’s the only one I can give props to here so far. Front desk guy (Jason) on the other hand takes more than 7 hours to assign another (worse and further) room with no offer of compensation at all as we pack up our whole room (baseball gear, kid and all) and haul it over ourselves. So unbelievably rude and flippant re our bad experience (walked by and said “I’m amazing!”) while we were taking about it with teammates. Another teammate had the wrong room type assigned upon check-in and they had the gall to specifically say his wife had called to change the room type. She 100% did not. The beach suites are a good set-up for teams. Pool is nice. The restaurant has a good mix of food. If you happen to have issues here though, good luck resolving.

A cute waterside retreat for a few days. It is winter here in Havasupai And no one is around. The nice man at the front desk let us in to an upgraded room early. The room is quiet clean and comfortable. The surroundings are nice considering it’s winter time hopefully the sun will shine tomorrow.

Booked because they are very pet friendly and are on the water. The room was spacious but an odd layout, like it used to be 2 rooms and converted to one. The furniture was beat up, very dated and uncomfortable. The bed is hard as a rock and nneded to be replaced years ago. The staff though, AMAZING!! Extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. The restaurant is mostly bar food and very casual. The outdoor facilities are well maintained and the beach area is nice.

The whole staff was so helpful, professional, and genuinely nice.
Our original reservation wasn't found but Jeanette at the front desk went out of her way to help make it right. We had a great time! Thank you

The views were amazing, and they accept pets which is a big bonus for us. However we're extremely disappointed that upon arriving home, we realized we left 2 bathing suits in the bathroom. We called the evening we checked out, but never got a return call. We called the next day and were told nothing was found in the room. I find it hard to believe housekeeping didn't find 2 bathing suits when they were cleaning. Either they did not report it, or they missed seeing them - either way that is less than stellar customer service in my opinion. I fully accept responsibility for leaving them behind, but it seems like SOMEONE would have found them and turned them in.
