The Signature at the MGM Grand are the 3 towers behind the big green MGM hotel and casino. I had planned this trip for a work related seminar months ago. The seminar got canceled due to Covid-19, but we had already made arrangements, so we decided to take the trip anyway. The 3 towers are impressive and are apparently a hotel/residential building (I'm assuming that most of the people staying there are tourists). We were in tower 1 and it was nice. The lobby was nice and the woman who checked us in was very pleasant. We made the reservation thru AirBNB and got a decent price (plus, no resort fees). The room itself was fine, it faced the airport and we were on the 34th floor (tower 3 has the best views of The Strip from what I understand). I don't know how old these buildings are, but I'm assuming they are around 20 years old. It was a good room, but definitely needed some upkeep (see pictures). The furniture was outdated and heavily stained (again, see pictures). The carpet really needed to be replaced due to stains (yup.... again, see the pictures). The bathroom was very nice and big with a huge shower and tub. The room had a kitchenette (small refrigerator, stove, sink and microwave) and was very functional, especially since we had some groceries. Since it was an Air BNB there was no maid service while we were there (totally expected). Everything went smoothly and it was a nice stay. If it was an old place I wouldn't mind the stains and grungy furniture so much, but we paid about $130 a night so I expected more. Be aware that it is about 3/4 of a mile from tower 1 to the parking garage at the MGM. Right now the parking is free and the Signature towers has free valet service (but not 24/7).

The review date is incorrect, I actually stayed in May of 2019 but it wouldn't go back further. So I went on a business trip to Vegas for my annual training for my business within Arbonne. Every year we are given amazing trainings for about 3 days in MGM Grand. It was my first time going to Vegas and to our GTC (global training conference) and I have to say the location was amazing! Huuuuuge arena to fit us all in for the days of training (about 18,000 of us to be exact) The staff were very polite and helpful if you needed anything and were very accommodating. Was lovely to hear them welcoming everyone back again. The rooms were beautiful, lovely big beds, I stayed on a sofa bed in my bedroom as there were 4 of us sharing but even the sofa bed was comfortable! Rooms cleaned daily and to a great standard, there's an ice machine by the lifts which was very handy for us brits who aren't so used to so much heat lol. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend getting a room here! The hotel in itself is beautiful in the decor and it is HUUUGE. You could easily get lost in the casino too as it was massive, plenty of games to play and places to get food and drink! (although I didn't participate as I was there on business and didn't have alot of downtime) I definitely would love to go back and especially to this hotel and experience it as a holidaying guest and not just on business. I will be back one day I'm sure! Fantastic experience!

My first time here. This is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. It may have been at one time, but is no longer. I realize that during Covid not everything is working correctly. But the place was so impersonal. I asked the check in clerk for a room close to everything and she snipped "its only a 40 second walk to Tower 1." Was yold we could use theMGM Grand pools and lazy river, but when I went over it had been closed to Signature guests. When I talked to the manager she just refused to get my point. Sofa and carpet in tje room needs cleaning as does the grout. Otherwise it was clean. I agree with the other reviews marijuana smoke was noticeable. Tried to have groceries delievered and the gate guard was unhelpful and obstinate about letting them in. Very confusing about what transport was at tower 1 or 2. But they were never nice about it..just all huffy that we weren't doing the right thing. Only one place to get any food or drinks...cafe people are nice a hotel that big should have more options. They told me if I wanted housekeeping to leave off my privacy light but no one came. The next day they said you have to call. I specifically chose this hotel because I wanted a balcony. But there was no furniture on the balcony and they said they had none to bring up. I was on a deal where you get $30 off each day for food and dang when I got home and checked my bill it wasn't there. So now I have to call them.One plus is that they were strict about mask wearing and I appreciated that. So all in all my evaluation is that they desparately need training in communication with guests and to start to give a damn about people. Feels like the place is going downhill.

Location is ok. 1 block behind the strip connected to MGM (a whole mile walk by a walkway). It is rather for a long term stay. We got a upgraded suit so a full kitchen and double shower rooms with a tub. (No utensils or dishes bc of pandemic) But the tub was disabled with no hot water, so that was useless. They still charge for a resort fee although it’s not a casino hotel. Because of pandemic, no jacuzzi, and pool hours are limited. I understand that is for all the hotels but to be charged for a full resort fee is not really reasonable. Nothing else that is extra. Room did have a sticker to confirm it was sanitized and there was a sanitizing kit in the room. No employees in the lobby and u have to use the buzzer to call them. I don’t know if it’s because of social distancing. Was kind of a strange feeling. We switched to Bally’s for the second night. I shall review them later.

The signature has been my go to spot for years now. I’ve been going st least 3-4 times a year. But after this last stay I think I’m gonna have to try some place different. Due to covid the rooms should be getting detailed clean (I thought) the room wasn’t so clean and I found a pair of boxers under the bed!! Horrible. My room did have a sticker that the room was cleaned. After what I saw I don’t think they are detail cleaning the rooms.
