We were displaced from our home for approximately 2 weeks and spent the first week at the TownPlace Suites. The staff was wonderful, going out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The night manager was particularly helpful, not only in providing us extra towels, but also checking in to see how things were progressing at our house.
We had a two-bedroom unit in building A (same as the front desk) with a kitchen. It was prefect for our needs. We would have stayed a second week (instead of switching hotels), but with four of us, and only two beds, it wasn't ideal for sleeping. That said, the beds are really comfortable and it is great to have a kitchen and living room in addition to the bedrooms. The WiFi was also strong and the TV easily let you log into Amazon, Netflix, or other streaming services.
Overall, I hope never to have to stay in a hotel for a long period of time because of a issue at the house, but I would not hesitate to recommend this TownPlace to family who visit from out of town.
