We stayed here due to the good price but were disappointed with the lack of cleaning service, holes in walls, missing phone line, peeling paint, musty odor, bathroom door that didn’t close, noise outside our room at night, and missing chain on door to room. The woman at the front desk was nice and polite but we felt that the hotel left much to be desired. The neighborhood is not very safe. During our first night it sounded like the guy next door was beating someone unmercifully in his room and then drove away in his truck. There was a strange person standing in the lobby watching people checking into their rooms. I will pay more next time to stay somewhere else.

I must say this is by far the worse hotel/motel to ever stay at it was a waste of money I stayed here 2nigts this is actually my 2nd.night as I’m writing this review I checked in on June the 17th 2020 no shower curtain there was a hole in the wall behind the bathroom door the microwave door was broken to make it all even worse before I left in the morning I asked a housekeeper was my room getting cleaned beings though I was staying more than one night she said no which was no problem until I come back to my room for the night only to find that my curtain to the window of the room has been left wide open the sheets on my bed were gone one pillow was missing my key was cut off for some reason and food was missing from my refrigerator that didn’t even work this gotta be by far the worse managed hotel in history I’ve never seen anything like it in my life this place needs to be renovated physically and mentally the staff needs to be switched out retrained and elvatuated after I am so behooved🤬🤬

First, I’d like to say that the front desk people were all very kind and pleasant. The rooms, however, leave me speechless. I checked in and since I landed early I was eager to find a good place for dinner so I dropped my stuff after a quick walk through and went to dinner. The location is awesome - a Target, Walmart, Aldi and numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance! I got back to the room, changed into pajamas and that is where the nightmare started. I payed in the bed after whipping off the blankets to do my ritual check for bugs and didn’t see anything. As I lay there I begin to look around and noticed how filthy the walls are...I had turned on the fridge before I left in case I had left overs and thank heavens I didn’t because there was a bunch of mold throughout the fridge. I get off the bed only to find used condom wrappers - disgusting. Go into the bathroom and do a closer inspection and the ceiling is peeling from mold. I can’t do mold and even more so, I can’t do condom wrappers. I checked out immediately after calling my travel agent to ensure I would get a full refund. I’m so itchy and feel like things are crawling on me as I type this. DO. NOT. STAY.

This hotel is run by criminals, scammers who are trying to steal my money. I booked through priceline, never checked in and requested a refund due to a covid related interruption in my travel plans. Priceline said I would get a refund, they just needed to contact the hotel. The hotel didn't answer the phone that day at all, the next day I called priceline again. They again contacted the hotel and this time the front desk clerk lied to priceline that I checked in to the hotel!!!, I never did. Where are the signed documents and a copy of my ID if I checked in? When I confronted priceline with this I was told the hotel front desk clerk is not authorized to cancel my reservation and authorize the refund, now the 'boss' has to authorize it so when I called the hotel out on their fabrication of facts they say they have to talk to the boss, who is of course not available for another 24 hours...... how convenient. These people do not care about covid or anything else and will make up fake stories of me checking in so they can somehow eat my 500 dollar prepayment through priceline, they keep on delaying any refund possibility by 24 hours at a time. You will be sued if you don't refund me you pathetic scammers, your employee has already lied about me 'checking in'. If you won't refund my 500 dollars, I have no problem suing in small claims court by spending another 100 dollars. Worthless money hungry criminals. Trip typeBusiness

The gentleman at the front desk said he was new, so he gets a little leeway, but ... When I requested a hairdryer, I was told it was in the room. It was not. When I called the front desk asking for one, I was told only rooms with kitchens had one, but there were none available. Yes, it was the same gentleman. And, since there was no wire connecting the “Knights Inn” phone to the wall, I used my own phone. Turned on the tv. It was blue. I’m pretty good with adjusting tv screens, but this one stumped me. We had one king sized bed with three pancake-flat pillows. Which one of us gets the third pillow?
