The outside is very deceiving. Looks like a dull brown building but the rooms (which are seperate from casino) are pristine clean and look renovated. Very comfortable with a desk that I was able to work from one afternoon. I accidentally spilled wine on the nightstand and the housekeeping crew responded immediately and provided excellent customer service. Price + CService + Cleanliness of room deserves a 5-star. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel and casino, we have stayed here the last two weekends while on business in Reno, We usually stay at the nugget but wanted to try somewhere else We were very impressed by the service the atmosphere the casino and the rooms. Large open rooms comfortable beds nice bathroom and all very clean We have a new place to stay in town We recommend

We needed a dog friendly room. We have stayed at peppermill several times and loved that, since this placed owned by them gave it a try. Rooms were clean, somewhat outdated but clean. Nice large shower, comfortable beds. They had 2 bowls and a tennis ball for dogs. Nice walking path around a lake. Downside was very loud parking lot and the parking lot around the hotel was littered with beer bottles. It was not well maintained at all.

The room was quiet, clean and sizeable. Yes it is not perhaps that new or fancy but still good. The staff was wonderful. They did a fantastic job of handling the Corona which I really appreciate. After being at numerous casinos in the area this handled it better. I ate a number of meals here and was very pleased with the service, the food and the pricing. Overall this is a good place to stay and have some fun. I would certainly stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel on the way to Salt lake City and back. Since it's outside of Reno it's cheaper by $30 a night because there's no extra resort tax. The room was big and clean, but nothing special considering it's a small casino hotel. Their business is slow due to COVID, but the parking lot fills up because of all the gamblers. So when COVID is over and they have more gamblers I can imaging that parking is a nightmare.
