Scam alert! Bait and switch. I had a confirmed booking through a third party site. The motel would not honor the reservation and cancelled less than 24 hours before check in. Look elsewhere. And don't give them your credit card number.

The hotel is located right next to Lake Havasu State Park and a short walk from the London Bridge, two of Havasu's main attractions. The hotel itself is old but they keep it clean and orderly. The price is great considering the proximity to the lake and downtown. There is a pool and barbecue pit along with free wifi and a really powerful AC that can get the rooms nice and chilly after a hot day at the beach or on the lake.

We were very please with our stay here. The room was clean and the staff very accommodating. Handy to dining, gas, London Bridge and shopping. Free Wifi and complimentary breakfast. Enough parking room for each room, not an overly big parking lot though.

This was our last choice as we were there President's Day weekend and Rockabilly and the Pyrotechnics buying show was happening. We paid inflated prices for the room so that will be a factor in my review. The front desk young man was very welcoming and pleasant. The room was a double queen on ground level. It seemed to be clean enough, however the carpet was filthy and I was grateful I had my flipflops to wear. There was an odd order and the bathroom was very small, the beds were lumpy. The owner was onsite and dumping trash and picking up the grounds which were tidy. The houskeeper was very nice and pleasant. I would not stay here again and pay those high prices, maybe if it were closer to 49.00 a night I may consider it...But I would have to be desperate.

Very old and the room had a terrible odor. Carpet was old and filthy. The odor really affected my breathing. I will never book this place again. The water in the sink took a long time to drain. Walkway outside upstairs into your room had holes in it. Did not feel very safe to walk on. This place really needs a lot of repairs and upgrades.
