The hotel is nice. Neat and clean with large comfortable rooms but the staff is a little slow. The Break fast offered is good. The good part is it's location and proximity from most of the places to visit or shop in the city.

First of all when ihave my room the blanket was not change when the previous guest leave. The furniture old and broken. The bed uncomfortable and the pillows not comfortable. The staff not that much helpful. The restaurant in the hotel there is nothing in the menu The serrvice not good. Idonont like this place at all

This is one of the best hotel in Tashkent, I stayed 4 nights w my husband . Best location . Walking distance to central . Allot of restaurants and bars around . Clean . Good service and staff are very helpful

We had been staying at a nearby property for 2 days, and were looking for a different dinner menu. Initial impressions were positive as we entered the hotel on a Saturday night, around 7pm. The first restaurant we went to was completely empty of customers, just a couple of staff who just looked at us from a distance, as we stood waiting for assistance. I decided to approach one of them to see the menu. He said that we should go to a different restaurant "over there" as he pointed out the window, beyond the swimming pool. We duly went outside, walked passed the pool, and stood at the entrance to what appeared to be a more upscale restaurant. Again, we were ignored by the 3 or 4 staff standing around. We could see no customers around the pool, or inside the restaurant. My instincts were to turn around and leave, however, as we had made the effort to check out the restaurant, I approached one of the male staff, and asked (in English) for a menu. The employee held up one finger (which I assumed meant "wait") and he disappeared. 2 minutes later a female employee arrived, and stood in front of us, saying nothing. I asked her (in English) to look at the menu. She handed us 2 menus in Russian. I asked her if she had any menus in English. She laughed and said NO. Perhaps this restaurant only caters to locals and Russian speakers. Or the staff simply don't care to make the effort to accommodate guests who speak other languages. We had a nice dinner at the Hyatt next door.

I stayed here for 7 nights. It's a good quality hotel with very good rooms and comfortable beds. The food is OK for Uzbekistan. Breakfasts are fine but limited in what they offer. Prepare to wait for your omelet as the chief is disinterested and slow. The staff are varied, as they are in most of the country, customer service is a new concept and will take some time to take hold. The location is very good. It's cheaper to book direct but that can be hard. The gym is poor, the pool good. There's a good place for a drink over the road, Gloria Jean's, part of another hotel.
