Great hotel with authentic dising very traditional. From review seems to be great service but reception is lack of experiance Zarina was very rude seems like they choosing clieant from they look. Manageent please look into it because this is letting you down just front of me 2 client walk away!!! Shame!

The room was absolutely amazing. The room masked the quality and the cooking of the food. Absolutely terrible. I would not feed the chicken to a pet dog. Girl at reception and boy that delivered the meal were excellent.

We stayed for 1 night.
Very pleasant staff. Rooms were quiet large, clean and interesting.
The breakfast was very good.
The garden area was a lovely place to spend a few hours

Ichan Qal'a is a very comfortable traditionally styled hotel offering good quality service and hospitality. The rooms are very comfortable.
It is situated within walking distance to local restaurants, shops and parks.
The swimming pool, sauna and outdoor terrace areas are a relaxing respite for busy travellers.

We spent 2 nights here, 1 at the start, and the other at the end, of our trip. It's an extraordinary construction, with long corridors and a distinctly Soviet feel about it. But once you reach your room you find that everything is fine, it's quiet, clean and comfortable. And the breakfast is good, too.
