Location is very good. Close to many restaurants and banks. Easy to reach downtown. Very large room. Comfortable bed. Clean bed sheets. But no minibar. Refrigerator doesn’t work. Only teabags for complementary. Blocked drainage at shower. Breakfast is extremely poor.

Cannot pretend it’s 5 star but its clean, staff are good . Rooms reasonably equipped although not all appear to have fridges or kettles . Good sized rooms ... very firm beds. All seem to have air con . But air con can be a little noisy . Pool not used but looks very clean. Breakfast plentiful but perhaps not to everyone’s taste Quite readonably situated Cannot comment on price as part of a package Would have no qualms about staying again

Comfotable hotel far from the city centre,friendly staff,clean rooms,very hard matrass,bad breakfast without fresh orange juice,nearly no fresh fruit,very small choice of cheese and meat.Nice swimming pool.

We stayed here for two nights at the beginning and end of our tour. Beds firm to say the least, AC worked well and breakfast had a reasonable choice with basic coffee, tea and one choice of juice or water. The pool area was clean and plenty of seating but only three sun loungers. In 40C heat, not many were sunbathing... All the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful except the bar staff, they were exceptional and couldn't do enough for you. Murat and Shakhzod were stars despite working 24+ hour shifts!! The Italian around the corner was reasonable and the biergarten was lively but expensive by Uzbek standards. No problems getting a taxi from the hotel staff. It's not 5* but cosy, friendly and has a bar, gym and pool.

choose a room with a king sized bed if staying alone. The single beds are a bit uncomfortable yet the king sized bed is softer. Some people comment on the location, yet I find it nice, about 2km walk to the nearest metro station, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and much more within 1-2km
