This was a serious unbelievable experience for us, quality in every detail. The included breakfast is amazing, you can even order some egg dishes "à la carte". Great customer service overall, at the restaurant, on the beach. They ride you to the beach where you will continue the same great attention you have at the hotel, with a reserved place for you there. The restaurant has an incredible quality and detail in every dish, it really deserves a mention in another review. Super clean, sometimes they clean your room twice a day and left you a present :) Food and drinks on your fridge, reloaded every day, at no additional cost. All the decorations and experiences were amazing If you want to relax and also have an affordable amazing experience filled with luxury and attention in every detail this is the right place for your vacations, you can easily stay at the hotel without having to leave somewhere else. Special thanks to Jose and Jason for superb service and attention.

This hotel is a paradise not only because Its beautiful, its just that every detail is taken care of for you to rest and enjoy the fabulous weather, beaches, ambiance ...A chill out vibe that invites you to dream . The hotel is tastefully decorated, modern with touches of Margarita. The H2O is impeccably clean, the service is personal and professional, the beach service is awesome . The only feeling we have before leaving is that we have to come back ! Thank you. Until next time

Worth every penny. The service is excellent, very warm and attentive people. They show that they really care about you. The place is clean and the facilities are very well maintained. The food is gourmet quality. We enjoyed every meal we had there. Although the beach is at walking distance, they take you there. The service there is also A+. We will definitely go back.

I'm a local tourist. They made me pay in full two weeks before my trip. Even though there's an Hyperinflation situation, they should be able to forecast their cash flow and give you a rate which you won't have to worry about any more if you pay in full. The opposite happened. Three days before my trip, they called to charge me 55% more than what I had already payed. I only proceeded because it was my wife's birthday present. I couldn't be more satisfied with service at the hotel. Although, you cannot raise rates after the reservation is paid in full. Sorry.
