Soo beautiful, amazing room, people is so friendly and helpful staff, the food at the restaurant was really good.it was my first time in Margarita and I loved it, the without a doubt I wanna come back

The overall ambience is good. The hotel is located next to costa azul shopping mall. We were very sceptical to travel to margarita during a crisis but security at the hotel was good. There is not much to enjoy at margarita as everywhere you go there were shortage of food supplies. Even the malls was empty. But at least the hotel had abundance to food supplies for the duration of our stay. I would not travel anytime soon to Margarita but if things changes with the Economy maybe I would reconsider and stay at unik.

Lovely contemporary hotel within walking distance to Costazul Mall. Friendly, hospitable staff makes for a warm environment. Tasty food at in-house restaurant although more food variety is needed. Restaurant staff is amazing especially Briggitt, Kleiber, Eduard, Gerri and Estefani. Spacious rooms, just really cold. Only issue was an unpleasant smell coming from the air vents. Will definitely visit again.

We visited on high season (Easter week) . Very friendly, well managed hotel, staff of all levels are catered to and have a wonderful experience. The hotel is kept clean throughout including the well appointed rooms. Managers are on site consistently monitoring all aspects of the hotel and taking special care to make your stay most pleasurable. The breakfast buffet is to die for. With everything from little pastries to omelettes to order. Also local food as “arepas” “black beans” “empanadas” and more!!! Staff are always happy and attentive. Very nice hotel!!

Beautiful ambiance .... this hotel was amazing, the staff was very friendly and spoke english. The food was wonderful..the desert was great... dinner was optional. The pool area was very relaxing and clean, my four year old was able to swim all by herself in the children section, which was very exciting for her as my Neice and Nephew was able to leave her on her own and also enjoy themselves in another part of the pool (lifeguide was present). The rooms were spacious and comfortable. My family and I would definately visit this hotel in the future.
