4日間の滞在で２部屋利用させて頂きました。１人でシングルの部屋を利用するはずだったが、シーズンオフのため、ファミリールームも数日間利用させてもらいました。Ｇ階には中華レストランがあります。１回階まで階段ですが、ドアマンがいます。ホテル内にはエレベーターがあります。各部屋にはボディータオルフェイスタオル歯ブラシシャンプー石けんくし耳綿棒シャンプーハットドライヤー湯沸かし器冷蔵庫コーヒーミネラルウォーターが置いてあります。ミネラルウォーターは毎日２本無料でもらえます。(１人でファミリー、ダブル使用のため) お部屋は白を基調としています。家具とマッチしていてとても落ち着ける感じです。バスルームにはバスタブがありお湯がでます。テレビはＮＨＫがon timeで映ります。(時差考慮) エアコンはがんがん効きます。 wifi良好。毎日のアメニティーの補充、お部屋を清潔に保ってくれたことが嬉しかったです。ファミリールームはとても広くてソファーセットがあります。正面大通り沿いの部屋ですが、外の音は気になりませんでした。とにかく広い広い広い ^^) ダブルルームは内窓しかなく外の様子がわかりませんでした。お部屋は綺麗で清潔。花が飾られていたので閉鎖感が少し和らぎました。朝食はミニフォー、トースト、サラダ、フルーツ、ドリンク類、などなどシンプルです。フルーツがとても美味しかったです。外食帰りに寄るのが(^_-)-☆ ホテルの方たちはとても親切でした。日本語が話せる方もいて安心です。若い方たちが働いていて、サービス向上に日々勤めているのが分かりました(^^♪ ホテルからは徒歩ハノイの生活が垣間見えるホム市場まで５分ホアンキエム湖まで１５分旧市街まで２５分位ロンビエンバスターミナル駅までのバス停はすぐ近くにあります。また、すごく美味しいブンチャーのお店がホテルの真向かいにあります。次も泊まりたいホテルです。ありがとうございました。

ハノイは初めてでしたが治安もよく、ホテルも安心できるところでした。スタッフも親切です。ただ一部両替のときはしっかりレートを確認する必要があることを学びました。せっかく全体のスタッフががんばっているのにちょっと残念でしたがこちらが確認しないことが悪いと反省しています。

체크인할땐 친절히 맞아주었지만 그게 다였다. 무료로 업그레이드해줘서 좋다고 객실에 들어갔으나 베트남에 일주일째 머물며 여러호텔들을 다니고있는데, 머문 호텔중에 객실 청결상태가 최악이었다. 침대시트와 이불, 베개가 누렇게 물들어있었고 전체적으로 오래된것 같았다. 복도와 객실에선 담배냄새가 남. 조식은 정말 먹을것이 없어 빵 두조각에 커피한잔 마시고 나와버림. 다른 가성비 좋은 호텔들과 비교해 나은점이 전혀 없음. 전혀 추천해주고싶지 않은 호텔.
