The front of the hotel is a little small, but it is beautifully designed. Breakfast is served on the 6th floor at the new hotel.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is good and the value for money. We stayed here for 3 nights and had no complaints. All the staff are very warm and friendly. Pham van Dire, receptionist, was very helpful. It was late at night when we planned to visit ninh binh the next day and he booked us a day trip package at i reasonable price. He also made arrangements for cabs when returning to the airport. The hotel serves free breakfast for all guests. There was bread, flat rice noodles, salad and fruits available but most of the main course was non vegetarian. When we asked for vegetarian food, they freshly prepared delicious veg noodles for us.

Semuanya baik, harga murah, lokasi bagus, suasana nyaman, pelayanan staf baik. Namun, AC-nya kurang dingin sama sekali. Saya memberi tahu karyawan itu dan dia memperbaikinya untuk saya. Tapi ruangan itu tidak keren. Mungkin karena satu AC.

The hotel should be reopened, the rooms are immaculate, and the location is excellent. Our group arrived at the hotel at 12.00 and set up checkin for us, even though check in is scheduled for 14.00. Very good.

I was initially only staying for one week, but the staffs friendliness and excellent hospitality convinced me to stay for a month for my entire business trip. The manager, mr. Hi, is incredibly kind and accommodating. Additionally, the security personnel, restaurant employees, and receptionists are all extremely courteous and considerate. Im very pleased with everything overall.
