Frankly this place should be three stars at best. It has all the makings of a 4-star resort but just doesn’t make the standard. A 4-star resort would have totally safe and user friendly rooms. A 4-star place would allow me to get a cocktail at pretty much any time of day, but certainly up until about 11–12pm, and definitely wouldn’t make me wait 40 minutes for it. Before I get into details about the bad stuff, let it be known that the staff are mostly wonderful and helpful, always on hand to assist when needed. Also the setting is beautiful, with a lovely fragrant lawn garden with a path meandering through it down to the beachfront restaurant, to and from which, the staff can take you up or down with their golf buggies. But... Firstly, our rooms.... the wooden fence on the balcony was extremely flimsy and we had to tell our boys not to go out there without one of us being there with them, though even then it was stressful. Seriously, a misplaced tumble and our eldest (nearly 5) would have gone straight through it. Also, we got a connected room for us and my in-laws, but the latches were fitted on the inside, in between the two rooms so neither of us could lock the doors from the inside, and our one kept locking itself, causing a lost of inconvenience during our stay. The place seems to be manned by a skeleton crew and getting anything out of normal hours was either not possible or took forever. 40 minutes to wait for a lunchtime cocktail is a bit excessive. The restaurant/bar is also only open till 10. After my wife and I got our excited kids to bed on our last night, we went down for some cocktails, arriving at 9.50. We were told it was last orders. Not ideal but at least we could have one cocktail before we left the next day... nope, only beer or soft drinks available. Apparently the staff didn’t want to make a cocktail for last orders. The hotel info clearly stated the bar was open till 10 but said nothing about limited last orders, and when we complained at reception, they tried to point out to us that last orders was at 9.45pm and blamed us for our oversight, underlining it smuggly for us to see. So I pointed out that he was pointing to the last orders for the a la carte menu (nothing to do with the restaurant). ***But anyway... the bar is only open till 10!!!*** The other bad thing is the breakfast. Actually not a terrible buffet but it ran dry very quickly. By the time I had sorted out my boys with their toast and scrambled egg from the egg stand, most of the bread and buffet stuff had dwindled. Once again, potentially an amazing place, but frankly just a bit rubbish.

Overall, we like this resort. It very relax. Landscape was kept nicely, even during pademic. I would not book any room lesser than a bungalo. It is a doublex with thin wall. All workers are very nice, friendly, and helpful. Food is good. Mix drinks are good for the price. We order 6 (2 each time) Singapore Sling. All 3 times were different taste. ;) Their pizzas are good. One thing we wish they could do more to improve is to provide more shade for both fresh and salt water pool. They have no shade from 10am on.

I went here for a holiday with my boyfriend and another friend couple. We actually loved everything here. We booked only for 3 days but we extended for a week, meant we love this place. The room (also the washroom) was nice, clean and spacing with the ocean view from the balcony, always smell nice with lemongrass essential oil. We don't like AC so we opened the window to sleep for fresh air, so with the oil helped alot in avoiding mosquitos in the room. Breakfast was amazing, a big plus with so many choices and most of them changed everyday, especially felt in love with fresh juices. We came here to escape the rain from other cities that were affected by the storm at that moment, it was sunny on this island but we so enjoyed staying in the area without going out much. The area of the resort is also wonderful with alot of greens, especially fruit trees such as star fruits and passion fruits. We also enjoyed alot the spa, the restaurant and the swimming pool, and the services. Strongly recommend!

Probably the best resort in Phu Qouc. Stunning sunsets, very nice ambience, superb service (seriously, just amazing) and nice spacious bungalows at very reasonable prices. Their restaurant next to the beach got a great menu and the taste is probably even better than the menu.

This resort is really nice and the staff are fantastic. The grounds were amazing and very well kept. There are two pools, one next to the lobby and restaurant and an infinity pool right on the beach. Breakfast was great and abundant, the rooms were very clean with a great view of the ocean. You can use the bicycles for free as well as the kayak's. Motorbikes for rent at a good price too. One Lang is quiet compared to other parts on the Island and due to the pandemic many of the local restaurants and cafés along the road were closed but you can still manage to find local places open or eat at the hotel restaurant. The beach is a bit rocky, but you can still manage a nice swim and if you rent a motorbike or don't mind biking in the heat there is a sandy beach nearby. I would highly recommend this place, we really enjoyed our stay.
