I chose this hotel for its location. Before I decided to stay this hotel, I called in advance to find out availability. I was planning to stay at its studio for 6 weeks. I talked with the female who was happening an owner of this facility. She told me that she has rooms available at her new hotel which is not too far from Canary Hotel 's location. I am traveling with 3 big suitcases and not thrill to carry them around. I asked her multiple times on phone about the studio that she wanted renting to me. She was so vague about her responses of the studio. She insisted to invite me to come to her hotel to check out the room. I was staying another hotel and packed my stuffs to come to her hotel. I like Canary 's location but I didn't care much about the new hotel that she had shown me.
Now, talking about deceiving prices of the room. On the website, which it quoted $12M per month for Canary 's studio. She told me that none of her studio was available. Unless I was willing to pay $18M per month then she will have the studio for me at Canary. What's the hell? $6 million dong above the price as posted.
My first impression of her was that she was not friendly nor smile to the guests. Her customer service very poor. I decided to stay one night at her hotel room which cost ($700,000 dong) to check out the room. I like the room. It was decent size but the noise of the street and my neighbor 's voice were traveling to my room so loud. When my neighbor took shower, I can hear the water running loud and the door shut startled me. In the early morning I can hear my neighbors conversations loud from the echo of of their room.
I would give Zero star (0*) for her customer service and dishonesty.
4* for cleaningness of the room.
2* for no sound proof.
5* for house keeper and front desk receptionists. Her employees were nice and helpful during my staying.
I would never come back nor recommend anyone that I know to stay at this hotel. I detested for business people who do not respect their words.
