saya dan keluarga sengaja menyepi untuk semalam dihotel ini sebelum pindah kedalam kota dalat. terletak 20menit dr kota dalat dan dipinggiran danau tuyem lam yang terjaga lingkungannya. cocok untuk menyepi dr keramaian sehari hari. duduk santai nikmati pemandangan sore dr pinggir danau. nikmati fasilitas yg tersedia diarea hotel. breakfast beragam. kamar nyaman. kualitas kamar mandi saya sengaja memilih kamar yg menyediakan bathub jacuzzi dan balkon menghadap ke danau.

Well, i still remember the wonderful feeling in there. Peacefull N relaxing! The location, the design of the resort and how attentive the staff was with us. There's everything you need available easily. MANY THANK TO EDENSEE. GOOD SERVICES!

My family had a wonderful vacation this autumn at Edensee Lake resort. This is a luxury resort in Dalat city in which it has been the perfect gift for my family. I hiked in the woods along a lake and a small street where I can purify my mind and I stayed away from the fast pace of life and the busy rat race. Because Ho Chi Minh city is a city of hustle and bustle. Therefore, Edensee Lake resort calmed my mind with its peaceful and rather quiet atmosphere. Staff are extremely friendly. Moreover, restaurant had a wide range of delicious food. I am delighted my sporty vacation, and I'm looking forward to a similar vacation in the future. I really recommend you go to Edensee Lake resort for your holiday, it is wonderful. Thank you so much.

I'll get straight into it. The restaurant is a complete mess. I've never experienced such awful dishes in a hotel, resort or restaurant. I very, very rarely complain or send dishes back but we were sending them back with regularity. We were travelling with three other families and at lunch on our second day we had to send every dish back. In fact we cancelled a couple because of the chefs complete incompetence. Char Kuey Teow - was some random stir-fried ingredients served over plain pho noodles. Spaghetti Bolognaise served with the wrong pasta and covered in olives and cheese. Battered fish with long black hairs through the batter. Under-cooked pork. Over-cooked pork. Burgers served with ham and no burger pattie???! Watered down soup towards the end of our stay. We had the soup earlier and it was thicker and creamier. I assume the kitchen staff watered it down after one of the head chefs quit. Cold sides served with re-heated mains. Warm beer. Margherita pizza with capsicum, mushroom and shredded carrot, what-the actual- F? Our friends were served Squid and Chips instead of Fish and Chips. Squid and Chips weren't even on the menu. I'm sure the Vietnamese options were a lot better as people seemed to enjoy those options. On a positive note, the breakfast buffets were always good. We attended the New Years Eve Gala Dinner which was also extremely disappointing. The beautiful meats and grill was all set up outside and pre-cooked leading to a stone-cold product. The other foods inside were also cold. The pasta station was the only place where you were guaranteed a warm meal and after some heavy seasoning with salt, pepper and cheese it was just ok. All other aspects of the resort are great. Lovely staff, beautiful environment and activities and satisfactory rooms. We would return if the restaurant shows MAJOR improvement. Maybe it will when the borders are open again and more international guests return.

We left Edensee resort early after only one night. The bed is hard as a board, we had difficulties finding some sleep. We asked the reception for extra blankets for our mattress, but they didn’t help much. (Asian people may prefer hard beds, but it’s sheer horror for an European back.) Besides, these blankets showed stains of all kinds under the white washed sheets which covered them. The living room area of our „suite“ felt empty. Some furniture was placed at the walls, but no comfortable couches or tables, no rugs, etc. Moreover, the service in the restaurant is pretty poor. Staff seemed clueless and helpless from the beginning, they served our food after a long waiting time in the wrong order and forgot parts of our order. At breakfast time, the restaurant becomes very noisy. Luckily, we got a table outside on the terrace. They charged us for our cappuccino, without telling us in advance that breakfast only includes simple coffee. This is the first I saw a so called five star hotel charging its guests for cappuccinos for breakfast. There is no real hiking trail in or around the resort, but you can walk for a 15 minutes around the hotel alongside the lake. There is an animal enclosure hosting peacocks and deer. But no other animals. It can be visited only once a day in the morning. Concerning the overall style: This resort clearly serves to Asien clients with a strong penchant for kitsch and pomposity. Quality seems to be less important. The scenery of this lake is beautiful and absolutely worth a visit. But it won’t be necessary to stay overnight in this remote area.
